Tapi memang slow la sekarang ni maxis. Aku ingat modem aku yg problem...

mungkin dah ramai guna dalam satu2 kawasan tu kot.. takpun internet capacity dah tahap max penggunaan dari pengguna..

Saya guna Maxis broadband ni jg... registered April 07, br guna 2 bulan lebih. for u all info... ini charge utk 1st bill saya (10/05/2007):

-Registration Charge            50.00
-Monthly Charges                33.20
-Value Added Services           0.00
-Usage Charges                    0.00
-Advantage Sawings             0.00
-Others Charges & Credit   100.00
-Discount & Rebates          -56.00

Total Current Charge         127.20

Takde pun charges sampak rm200 - rm300...??

Ni pulak my 2nd bill Charges (10/06/2007):
-Registration Charge              0.00
-Monthly Charges                83.00
-Value Added Services           0.00
-Usage Charges                    0.00
-Advantage Sawings             0.00
-Others Charges & Credit       0.00
-Discount & Rebates          -15.00

Total Current Charge          68.00

This info just for u all reference...Tak tau pulak utk 3rd bill, msih menunggu.

Nak tanya siapa2 yang arif...
masa confirm guna Maxis Broadband ni, ada pop-up 'Maxis Broadband home page' sbg kemudahan utk pengguna Maxis Broadband mengemaskini dan menguruskan akaun.

Masalah saya ialah gagal utk 'sign in' dlm web site ni walaupun dh register as 'First time user authentication' dgn segala maklumat yg lengkap dan betul.

Dh beberapa kali cuba register tp keluar je note: invalid username.
Pernahkan korang facing problem cam ni? atau siapa2 dapat membantu.
Harap dapat tunjuk ajar dr korang ....Thank in advance.

Saya pilih Maxis ni walaupun tau linenye lembab :@  sbb tak mau install phone line. skrg ni dok rumah sewa je.. so senang la nk pindah randah... takyah pk pasal potong & sambung line telekom.
lg pun kalu install phone line kena charge pulak kt telekom + streamyx (contohnye).
kebaikannya Maxis ni jimat sikit & portable, boleh bawak ke mana2.

"Please be careful when opting for terminating the Home voice and returning your phone!!!

My wife had a terrible scare when next months maxis wireless broadband bill came out to around RM600 plus!!!!  

why? on the bill states "early termination" penalty of RM5XX.XX plus.

why me and my did on the last bill (seventh bill) was that we went to MAXIS centre in taman tun to return the phone, notify maxis that we do not want to subscribe to the home voice plan (no calls just data) and also cancel the RM5 itemised billing.

we were told that the phone can only be returned after 6 months (6 month home voice fee waiver) and so thats what we did.

so after recieving this outrageous bill I went again to Maxis centre in taman Tun. talked to a different CSO and she admitted the mistake of the last CSO and made adjustments to the bill.

So to all Maxis Broadband users... be carful when you reach the 6th month of your usage.

if you do not wish to use the home voice then you can:

1. Return the phone (must be mint inside box)
2. Make it CLEAR to the CSO that you wish to ONLY stop the home voice not the DATA
3. Stop the itemised billing fee of RM5
4. only do this after the 6th month bill

I hope other user will not face the same problems as i.
