sebenarnye utk kes mcm meninggal ke, terpregnant and tak berani nak gamble naik flight, eksiden/bedridden semua boleh mintak full refund sebenarnye ... tapi kene buat within 3 months after the travel date.. kalau tak silap laa..
kalau nak claim airport tax, hanya utk international flights saje

sis azra, jadi mksud nya? international boleh claim airport tax saja, x boleh full refund? kalau domestik? iols pun baru 1st time dengar kalau kita cancel, leh dapat full refund (mcm forummer kat atas cakap)

aku tgk form AA tu..ada option REFUND.
tp bila aku select tu...option for refund only for Airport Tax, Flight Reschedule, Duplicate Booking, Flight Cancellation (cancel by AA due to operational issue) and Double Payment.
which one shod aku select?

don't think for your case boleh mintak 100%. sbb i cancel the whole booking..ada 6 orang. bukannya salah sorang x jadi pergi.
tapi kan, my aunty try nak cancel tiket pi bangkok lagi 2 bulan..x dpt. so, i tatau apa condition yg boleh cancel whole booking.
for my case, i cancel booking no sehari seblm fly. |

xette.........seingat akak kalau kita saja nak cancel without reason yang kukuh macam kes kematian atau memang tak boleh fly atas sebab kesihatan, itu memang tak dapat.
tambah lagi kalau macam yang xette paste option yang diberi AA utk reason cancellation tu memang tak masuk kategori mana2 pun.
