Lee Junki recentlytook pics ofhimself in an airport heading over to the U.S. for a short vacationwhere he stated that he was on his way here to rest and shop. Thisisn’t even news worthy but I just wanted to state a quick opinion ofLee Junki. So I watched him the other night on “Family Outing” andthough he is far from what my ideal man looks like, I gotta say he’snot that bad to look at. He’s actually really pretty but with a uniquetwist. His face definitely has maellyuk.
He titled these pics “Bum.” Which ofcourse set netizens on acomplimenting frenzy. They were like all like “OMG YOU’RE LIKE THEHOTTEST BUM EVER. YOU’RE SO COOL, YOU’RE NOT A BUM! DANG YOU’RE SO HOT.”
Okay Junki, let’s be serious, you know you were fishing forcompliments and no one takes pictures of themselves wearing $8,000sunglasses and then writing that you look like a bum unless you wantedpeople to say “OMG YOU’RE NOT A BUM, YOU’RE LIKE A HOT BUM,KEKEEKEKEKE.”
But seriously his face is really interested to examine. Isn’t it?
As announced, Lee Junkiwas in Japan over the weekend to perform for fans in Kobe and Yokohamafor another series of fan concerts that seated 8,000 attendees.
This event was called “Lee Junki 2009 in Japan for Splendor,” which follows his last series of fan concerts called Episode 2: “The Mask.” Neither title makes a whole lot of sense, but hey, it’s Lee Junki, and a Junki who made perfect sense would be boring.
In addition to songs from his single album “J-Style,” he also sang songs from several of the OSTs of his dramas: in Kobe on the 18th, he sang “Foolish Heart” [미련한 가슴아] from Time of Dog and Wolf, and on the 19th he performed Iljimae soundtrack song “Flower’s Message” [화신].
Apparently, Lee Junki came to the Yokohama concert dressed in ayellow bear costume (er?) and arrived at the entrance an hour prior tothe concert’s start, where 5,000 fans waited to enter. Along with oneother person, he took photos with the fans as though he were anamusement park character. It wasn’t until later when he came out incostume that fans realized he’d been the one they’d taken photos with.Not too surprisingly, the whole idea is credited to Lee Junki himself.Oh, wacky, weird Lee Junki, never change!
