Kat luar ada gak buku, but mostly citer melayu and buku sekolah as well as magazines

Ada gak penguin books.  

Yep mmg minat lit.  I read mostly children and classical novels.

It started masa my friend lent me MOBY DICK.  Lepas baca je, terus hooked.  

Antara my favs (yg pernah baca) is The Old Curiocity Shop by DIckens, Tess by HArdy, Silas Marner by Eliot, Jennings by Buckeridge, Little Women by Alcott, Sherlock Holmes by Doyle, The Picture of Dorian Gray by Wilde, LOTR by Tolkien... tak ingat dah...

I have starded to slowly build on my own collection of classical novels as they can be bought at very reasonable price like RM9.00 or so. I simply love them ...Jane Austen, the Brontes but I would say my favourite author would be Daphne du Maurier. Among her books I treasure Rebecca (there was a movie of it many years ago). I read most of the classics from library books those days. So that is why I am trying to build up my own collection now. Just that there are not many titles in the market. I would love to have Hungry Hills, My Cousin Rachel and Jamaica Inn to name a few.

I don't remember where I actually got them from but I have a few from the Now Age Illustrated paperbacks series by Pendulum Press, Inc. covering Wuthering Heights, Pride and Prejudice, Jane Eyre, The House of the Seven Gables and the likes. OOoooh....just luv em. :cak::cak::cak:

geramnyer tengok library orang lain-rasa macam nak pergi belek2 je buku2 tu sume.

p/sne thing i love so much time datang umah orang esp the one i know who love reading ialah pergi nengok library dorang,first mintak izin tapi kalau dorang tak bagi jugak mintak izin lagi sampai dorang bagi hehehe-pastu nak spend time borak2 pasal buku.

Mine also not really a library lah.. just rak.. tapi since buku tak banyak, jadi la rak serbaguna.. semua junk pun masuk situ.. actually this is my family area part of my house, dah jadikan macam study area, on the other side ada study table for my kids and also working table for hubby and me.. yang kat rak tu, just the upper left is my fiction.. ada la 2 layer, all feveret sebab kalau tak feveret memang tak beli, pinjam aje.. yang other part tu, adala buku-buku reference sikit, albums, buku sekolah anak, etc... not much la..

assalamualaikum & selamat sejahtera, saya noobie kat thread books ni, selalu kat travel ngan muzik jer..Tapi lepas browse thread books & lit ni terus impressed pulak tengok koleksi2 kat sini, yang paling nak dimiliki ialah bio Che .:mll:, ada kat satu rak tadi.

Ni pulak shelf saya, belum tahap mini library pun. Buku pun banyak fiction dan majalah jer, dan 1/4 dari buku-buku ni dibeli di Payless, kedai yang patut menang segala anugerah harga patut kat Malaysia ni. Kalau sebelum ni nak cari buku baru yang bukan RM50, kena ke Skoob. Murah, tapi berabuk :lol , tapi setahun dua ni boleh dikatakan spend paling banyak untuk buku/mags pun rm30 sebulan.



Shelf enetri dari ikea, boleh taruk semua barang, boleh berlapis-lapis, kat tepi kiri tu bagi member tumpang komik2 komedi mistikal dier (Alam Perwira dan yg sewaktu dengannya). Sila abaikan losyen Johnson&Johnson kat sebelah kanan tu.

All these picts remind me to get a new bookshelf.  Sbb dah bertindan, sampai lupa kt mana letak or dah beli ke belum he he he.
