gayah or baraka suka tak makan butter lemon cream mussles mcm yg kat Manhattan Fish Market tu? shin dah dapat resipi and buat sendiri kat rumah, maklum baby kecil lagi, payah nak makan kat luar actually

kuah ni tak muak, sebab ada lemon juice, just tumis chopped garlic, bawang holland tu and tyme leaves, dah garing masukkan susu sejat 1/2 tin and add cooking cream (boleh beli kat pasaraya) add kupang tu, and perah kan lemon 1/2 biji.nyummm mmg sedapp!

kat sana shin makan dorang serve dgn carrots/timun acar, tak berapa suka sebab masam sgt.ni laksa no 2 yg shin suka, top on the list laksa asam pulau penang dgn pes otak udang.!!

Kaka dah lama tak ambik seafood berkerang semenjak masalah allergy, my mom lagilah tak berani semenjak kena gout last year. Kalau belipun atas permintaan Gayah yg suka meratah, tapi selalunya dia suka rebus cicah je. Air rebusan tu pun kdg2 boleh jadi gatal juga kalau kena tangan, tu sebab sentiasa standby ubat. Nasiblah kalau terkena, terus telan ubat, kalau tak kena makan tak ingat donia....next week husband kak balik, banyak resipi menunggu nehhh

ketam/kupang bagai ni mmg shin hadkan 1x sebulan jer kaka, sebab takut cholestrol hubby naik. ha'ah kan air rebusan kerang mmg gatal kan? shin selalu tos dulu, mama kata sedap boleh hirup jer, tapi shin tak suka lar.cicah dgn sambal cili padi kicap, marvellous!  (shin selalu ketuk serai/bwg putih dgn kulit lagi and bwg merah kalau rebus)

pesakit ghout ni diet dia susah, kekacang/organ2 dalaman binatang semua tak boleh makan

nanti dah buat.. teck paste kat sini yer? slow fire tau bila nak reneh kan kuah

lagi satu yg sedap ketam black pepper

tumbuk garlic/halia/biji lada hitam - separuh lumat jer

hiris bawang besar

daun bawang

4 sudu makan each - oyster sos and kicap manis (mix )

tumis bahan tumbuk and bawang hiris tu sampai wangi, add oyster sos, add ketam/udang and last sekali daun bawang yg di hiris lebar.

sedap kalau makan dgn kailan ikan masin.

ok nanti iols wat iols tag shin ek, mmg tgh pikir ni apa la spesel nak masak, nampak gambo shin tepek menjejeh air liur

oh yg black pepper pun ada, tq shin


iols penah try resepi ni, sedap sgt shin, sebab buh taucu, nanti cuba resepi black pepper style shin plak

oh ada tauchu mesti kena cuci dulu kan teck? takut dgn sos oyster lagi, overdose masin..

resipi shin, my chinese friend yg kasi sebab normally dia masak, shin tak dapat rasa, and her uncle used to work in seafood resto. ori resipi ada chinese wine

good link, nanti shin nak browse, during the week shin boleh masak resipi yg take  less than 30mins, more than that kena masak sambil dukung anak shin

a'ah, kalo pakai taucu besa tu mmg masin, tapi ada gak taucu unsalted jual, iols besa beli yg tu, yg biasa tu masin sgt la

oo tu ler ekceli iols mmg suka makan ketam telur asin tu tapi x penah try masak, naseb nampak shin tepek

tu ler iols pun masak ari2 simple2 jer, kalo rajin baru beria2 sekali sekala, tak pun ada org dtg rumah
