Nasi tu nampak banyak herba kehijauan, baunya yg really tak tahan. masa kat Bangkok ada juga nasi  ...

hehehe....kalo nasi ijau ni akak selalu lah buat.  most time akak letak fresh dills, oregano, tyme n some other herbs.  ni kalo masak persian lah.

claypot rice with chicken, mushroom n dried fish memang sedap lah.  akak normally soak dried mushroom dgn ginger overnite baru rebus esoknya n stock buat masak nasi ayam tu.

erm....terasa nak buat claypot rice ler pulak for dinner

nah secawan....

petang2 ni pekena teh ler khen.  recently akak was in dubai i bought rose petal in a jar. then i simmer in hot boiling water, add grated frozen lemon into the tea n then add honey.  serve n sip slowly!

wow...super marvellous.  pagi2 akak buatkan for my girl sebelum g school.  akak can only drink coffee once a day.  kalo lebih nanti malam tak boleh zzzz

akak ada buat spaghetti with dakwat itam squid tu.  masa bersihkan sotong i kept the dakwat itam n reserve for spaghetti.

sedap hah bling2, u tumis bawang putih in butter n olive oil, add in cili padi, pastu dakwat squid tu. (kena banyak2 lah), then add some stock kasik pekat.  add in the squid n tumis smpi masak n off fire.  pastu masukkan cooked spaghetti n toss.  last sprinkle with some chopped flat leaves parsley.

yummy licious nyer!  i think italian ni paling senang lah, cepat n berkhasiat n sedap

I am so conservative. Tea mesti ori, jgn mix dgn strawberry ke pandan ke. Tapi plain tea tambah sehelai dua mint leaf nice lohhhhh. My husband kata taruk safron pun sedap tapi I simpan safron buat masak nasi briani. Tambah lemonpun nice, nak cubalah taruk honey...Saya beli madu kampung tu, ada bau fresh, bau hutan...hahhahahahha

we all kat umah ni kaki minum tea, we dont drink teh tarik bagai.  memang betul2 tea collector. hubby g mana2 mesti beli tea pots n tea, mcm2 jenis tea ada kat umah ni.

ok nak bagi resipi teh with saffron hah, sure bling2 suka ni.  u will need

fresh milk
good quality tea leaves like darjeeling or good ceylonese tea
green cardamon seeds.  cardamon tu kopek n keluarkan seed dia
brown sugar
a pinch of saffron

boil tea leaves in 1/2 water till the tea look quite dark.  then add fresh milk n cardamon seed, reduce fire n let it simmer slowly.  when it starts to boil add in saffron n make sure u stir selalu jgn kasi overboilt nanti milk cuddle.

when u get the right color n dah rasa betul2 masak, tapis the tea mixture tu. add in brown sugar to taste.  sedap sangat2 bling2. cuba lah.  akak memang suka boh saffron dlm masakan tau.

roast lamb with saffron n rosemary n garlic, aduhai bikin lapar weh

Mohon dicopy hokay...adoi mcm best aja, husb I minum teh dgn  mint leaf and lemon jah. Ialah dia dulu kat kuwait mmg hari2 minum style ni lah. Masa kerja dulu ada clients (Amex Colombo) datang sini meeting. One of them kasi saya hadiah, 5 ke 6 jenis tea, dalam karung guni kecil2, letak cantik dlm box, Sri Lankan tea. Ada yg green, ada yg kasar dan semuanya bau berlainan. Tak terhabis kak oi.

Yg bestnya kawan dari German tu lah, tea dia mesti ada ketul2 buah strawberry, setiap kali datang dia bawa lain2 perasa, letak dlm mug kartoon. Sekarang minum golden blend jah, nasib baik mak suka.

yes2 pls take the recipes, it is for everyone.  jangan lokek ilmu hah.

akak memang tanam mint leaves kat umah, ada basil, rosemary sumer.  memang mint akak boh dlm tea n orang arab memang style mcm ni minum tea sure ada mint.

akak kalo air biasa pun letak fresh mint dlm jar tu. kadang2 letak lah timun or lime or lemon.  refreshing n boleh buat detox too!  endless possibilities

yes exactly...kalo suker lebih pedas letaklah lebih cili. normally sebelum serve ada suka letak grated parmesan on top.  akak skipped that but not my girl lah.

btw my trip to shanghai baru2 ni pun beli banyak tea dlm guni kecik ni.  1 of it is poore tea, pergh rega dia mcm beli emas hah!

i have a grup of ladies frens yg buat yam cha once a month. lama dah akak tak join cos of my travels.

btw the cardamon seeds tu kena lebih lah cket cos each cardamon pod, seeds dia alahai cket jer tau.  kalo cket sangat u tak rasa the taste of the masala tea with saffron ni.

my fren, curator of spore museum islamic department suka sangat my masala tea ni n kalo datang visit mesti request this tea.

dulu acik D ada bagi resepi for this. tak silap ada susu cair.  akak pernah makan but tak pernah buat.  leceh nyer nak kopek ketam tu

but then tu yg enjoy khen, susah2 kopek then hasil nyer walla
