   hahahahha senang sgt yeepii ekk?? tpi budak ni cm blur2..skit...suka mngelamun tepi tingkap..huhu..milo slalu denda dia jawap soklan...xboleh2 lagi label kelenjar2 hormon ni....da berabad2 ajo pon xpaham lagi..huhu sabo2...skali exam kuar gak soklan tu... xleh gak jawap...huhuhu geram taw....
pastu soklan exam tnye lagi...

apekah pnyakit akibat dari obesity..die gi jawab organ tersepitt....warghhhh yeeepiii milo x ajo pon cmtuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu

   ok ler tu ade gak lakukan pergerakan... even tgk tv pon 70kcal da tebakoo taww..... huhu milo plak...tiap2 ari ingt nasi 1 genggam milo= 100g=104.8kcal...huhhuhu..cukup la tu kann satu genggam sehari..hahahahha (cukup ker????)

takyah yp... kalori neh kiraan kalori dlm stiap mknn yg kita ambil..

kiraannya sama aje.. bg stiap jumlah kuantiti mknn yg kita ambil tuh.. kalo amek lbh so kene la tmbh lebih lagik..

kalo yg mcm yp ckp tu tu nak kira BMI kita..

ni kalori intake yg kita ambil tiap hari.. kalo mcm gen..

gen nak sasarkan 1000 kal saja tuk stiap hari.. tp kdg2 terbabas skit kdg terbabas dgn byknya... hohohoho ....

gen amek contoh okeh.. yp ari neh mkn nasik satu sndok dgn telor mata goreng serta kicap..

okeh .. mcm yg gen tgk .. kalori tuk 1 1/2 cawan nasik tak clp gen 320kal.. so sbbkan gen amek kdg tu rata aje dgn sendoknya.. so gen agak dlm 40-50 kalori saja

kemudian telor goreng tu mmg tetap dah kalorinya 110 per bijik.. let say yp amek 2-3 bijik telor mata ,.. darabkan aje tiga.. jadik brapa murid2? 330 kal

dan kicap.. ikot la pd label kicap tu.. kalo yp takat rnjis 2-3 kali aje .. aggap saja la.. round up kan.. pda 10-15 kal per renjis okeh..

so kita tmbhkan smer.. 40 + 330 + 10 = 380 kal tuk tghari.. so kalo kita dah target kalori intake kita 1000 kal so tolak la.. dgn 1000 - 380 = jumlah ini akan digunakan tuk mkn malam pula... make sure mkn malam tak lbh dari baki jumlah kalori mkn pgi dan tghari.. so total up 1000 kal per day...

huhuhu.. betoi tuh.. jumlah kalori intake kita kene la balance dgn jumlah kita burn kalori.. kalo kalori intake kita sasarkan 1000 skali terlbh 1100 arap ari tu boleh bakar 100 kal tuk menten 1000 kal per day...

wahhh nape kalori nasik 100gram segenggam milo smpi 104.8 kal melo?? tingginya...

mmg ada calculation tuk bape klori intake kita sesuai dgn berat bdn kita.. ari tu gen cek..

kalori intake gen 1700 per day.. tp gen rasa itu sgt lebih.. sbb bila kita amek 1700 kalori perday means gen takkan turun berat dan berat mgkn akan bertmbh

sbb tu gen reduce pd 1000 kal sasaran tp kdg terover lap bese la kan?

tp diet kalori neh better saing dgn eksesais kalo kurang akan lmbt proses penurunan tuh

ini sama mcm diamalkan kt dlm cite biges loser tuh.. cume depa tuh bersenam kaw2 dan bdn depa pong kaw2 berat

dulu pk nak diet mkn spaggeti macaroni kononn..

skalik bila tgk packaging dia.. jumlah kalori dia more than 1000Kal tuk beberapa gram tuh lupa dah

trus lupekan hasrat tuk mkn mende tuh.. melainkan hari tuhh pg mkn buah siang mkn macaroni mlm mkn buah than boleh mencekik

yp yg gen phm.. even duduk baring tido pong kita bakar kalori.. tp skit la... tak byk

berdiri lbh byk kalori dibakar banding duduk.. berlari lbh byk kalori dibakar bnding jln.. gitu la

dn mknn kita yg zero kalori cume air masak.. yg len baik sayur buah kacang nasik ayam sotong ikan telor smer hada kalori beza skit dgn byk saja ..

nak diet kene la amek mknn yg skit kalori

tp kalo tingin mkn beger tak slh .. tp mkn skadar rasa la.. mkn sblh aje.. sblh lagik bg owang len mkn.. gituuuu mampooo ke tahan napsu?
