ok la, aritu micha tanya pasal nak increase vertical jump. saya tk pakar pasal ni, ada lg sorg forumer Jackie, tp dia jarang masuk, takper saya pastekan kt sini blog dia.

Latihan Kuasa

Untuk atlet yg memerlukan berlari lebih laju, melompat lebih tinggi etc, korg kene wat power training, plyo training.

Power training ni selalunya ialah Olympic lifts. Contohnya kalo kita google All Blacks pnye video, kita leh nmpk diorg wat training ni utk power. Begitu gak Usain Bolt ntuk lagi laju.

Tau tak dlm banyak2 atlet, Olmpic lifter ialah yg paling explosive. dikatakan hampir semua diorg leh lompat ketinggian masing2.

tak percaya?

saya pn bukan atlet, tp sy wat power training sbb benda ni berguna dlm kehidupan harian. saya wat clean, clean & press, push press etc, dan jgn tinggalkan squat.
dan saya buleh box jump 1.3m dari tanah, insyallah nnti sy try 1.5 meter, dah nk hmpir sama ngn tinggi saya...

but I baru start. I start dgn dumbbell yg ringan2 jer. tu pom x prasan brapa berat dumbbell tadik

So I nk tnya, yg betternyer, brapa lama kita kne stick dgn dumbbell yg sama b4 'upgrade' ke dumbbell yg lagi berat?

and 1 lagi soklan, dlm seminggu brapa kali kita kne buat dumbbell exercise nih? selang sehari or bila2 jer bleh?

Kalau you boleh buat sampai 12x satu set dengan mudah, then dah tiba masa untuk tukar kepada  yang lebih berat sampai la susah sikit nak sampai 10 tu.

   Micha, perempuan workout camne pun, takkan dapat macam lelaki punya pasal youls xde amoun Testosterone sebanyak boboys. So takyah risau jadi muscular sangat, sebab unless kalau you suntik hotmon, mmg xkan jd badan bodybuilder tu. Badan macam athlete atas tu possible la.
