IKAN CENCARU SUMBAT PEROT

Bahan-bahannya:-



1 biji bawang besar

5 biji cili api

1 biji cili merah besar

Kunyit hidup (separuh ja)

Belacan (bakar)

3 biji bawang putih

Sedikit halia

1 helai daun kunyit (dihiris halus)

Air asam jawa

sedikit garam



Caranya:

- Tumbuk kesemua bahan dan tepikan.

- Ikan cencaru yang telah dibersihkan taburkan sedikit kunyit dan garam
- Kemudian masukkan bahan-bahan tumbuk kedalam perot ikan cencaru tadi dan goreng

Kek Lapis Keju dgn Chocolate



Bahan2:
Bahan A:
180gm butter
120gm tepung kek
170gm gula ( guna 120 je kurangkan manis)
3 biji telur
1 sudu baking powder
20gm serbuk koko

Bahan B:
250gm cream cheese (guna cream cheese brand Tatura)
1 biji telur
60gm gula ( guna 2 sudu je)
1 sudu esen vanilla (  letak 2 sebb suka hehe)


Cara buat:
Blend bahan A ssmpai sebati. Asingkan.
Blend bahan B sampai sebati.
Ambil bekas yg sesuai, letak bahagian A dan kemudian bahagian B. tutup balik dgn bahagian A.
Kukus dlm 45-60 minit. Try cucuk dgn lidi, kalau tak melekat, dah masak.

resepi ayam percik...

Bahan-bahan (Kuah) 4-5 orang

9 ulas bawang merah (dikisar)
1 ulas bawang putih (dikisar)
1/2 inci halia (dikisar)
2 sudu besar cili kisar
1 tin santan
1/4 sudu besar halba (fenugreek seeds)
3 batang serai (diketuk)
Sedikit belacan
Garam dan gula secukup rasa
1/2 cawan air
Minyak masak untuk menumis

Bahan-bahan (Perap ayam)

1/2 ekor ayam
4 ulas bawang merah
1 ulas bawang putih
1 inci halia
1 batang serai
1/2 sudu besar ketumbar
1/2 sudu besar jintan putih

Cara-cara

Kisar bahan-bahan untuk memerap ayam. Perap ayam selama 30 minit. Kemudian bakar ayam dalam oven selama 40 minit dengan suhu 180 celcius.
Untuk kuah, tumis bahan-bahan yang telah dikisar sehingga naik bau.
Masukkan cili kisar. Kacau sekata, kemudian masukkan air.
Masukkan santan, halba, belacan dan serai. Kacau hingga sekata.
Masukkan garam dan gula secukup rasa.
Masak sehingga kuah menjadi pekat (30-40 minit).
Bila siap, curahkan kuah ke atas ayam yang telah dibakar.
Ayam tu kalau tak nak bakar, boleh je panggang. Bahan-bahan untuk perap ayam pun terpulang pada citarasa masing-masing.
