pau inti kelapa...tapi tak pueh hati nengok pau ni...berkedut jer...tekstur tak macam pau inti kacang...:hmm: apa yg silap ntah ler....maklang ghase kurang yis sbb dah abihhhhh...

maklang buat inti kelapa pakai kelapa muda ke, kelapa putih yang biasa? pernah buat inti kelapa. tapi kat kl ni payahnya nak cari kelapa muda. so, shida beli kelapa putih. tapi bila buat inti rasa tak best. rasa sedak. tu pun shida dah buh tepung gandum sikit. |

shida...baru minggu lepas wat pau inti kelapa....beli kelapa parut biasa tu jer....tak sedap sangat rasa mcm hampas jer....mana nak carik ntah kelapa muda kat KL ni....kalu dpt kan bes leh wat lempung kelapa muda.... |

maklang....apa yg speed perasan masa wat pau ni....bila bukak jer penutup kukus tu....dgn serta merta pau yg tengah naik elok tu turun & jadik berkedut2....bila dah tengok cenggitu..bila kukus second batch...speed angkat kukus tu dulu, then slowly bukak tudung dia...barulah dia tak jadik berkedut....maybe yg buat berkedut2 tu sbb bila kita angkat tudung dia trus wap sejuk masuk tu yg dia turun & jadik berkedut2 tu kot... |

ok ni lak pau inti kelapa yg speed buat last week guna resepi tepung pau blue key...
ari tu balik ganu beli pau segera inti kelapa kaler kuning....balik KL trus tingin tiru wat kaler kuning gak

Kelapa biasa memang kureng sedep tapi sib baik neighbour maklang ada jual kelapa muda...lagipun dia meniaga jual2 air ni ler...lori kelapa haghi2 dok lalu depan umah maklang ni... |
