any business tips?

hi all. im going to start my business on the next month ler.. this is my first time running an own business.. so excited lah..haha.. actually i tried to run it alone but failed!! sigh... so now partner with 3 friends with capital of RM 30K and renting a virtual office lo, can save up lots of cost ler.. since we will be travelling to china to get the stocks next week..is there any business tips that we should know?? pls help ya.. much appreciate!! ^^

small business also business lah, me also start from small business till today..
here so tips for u de..
first u need to control ur cash flow well to avoid short money short stock later...
Man power i think 3 of u enough for the moment but if really cannot do acct side better hire ppl
Nowadays customer services very important so remember customer is always right!!!
The utility charges is can make it as low as u can, i think u not using fix line??
So try to get a good mobile phone business plan form telco which can help u save a lot!!

well, if you're working from home, i'm sure you'll be using your mobile phone to the max. and ur phone bill gonna end up very expensive. I think u shud look for sth call busines mobile phone plan. It comes with free phone calls and roaming services as well.

A good business mobile plan is a must in business...
What im having now is the Celcom First Biz Plan that help me save a lot in business..
IN my company we  need to call customer so much and all in different telco...
So this plan allow us to make any call, any time in same rate, BRAVO!!
And we also in partnership, so this plan allow us to have until 5 sub lines...

wow!! this is really good leh..same rate call to all network.. good lah.. for me, i think i'll go for biz prime lo.. haha cause the cheapest ma.. and got free 50mb data.. i think is enough for me to whatsapp and check email lo.. one month only rm40.. really cheap lahhh.. plus, got 50 hours free call within company.. omg!! this is awesome

Do remember that you are going to China to do some purchasing not travelling as a tourist ...
Nanti jadi macam pelanduk masuk kampung ... Plan yourself where to go and make sure you monitor your time ... because being there , time is money , those people there were in a fast pace ... very fast ..
