Nak tukar PAKEJ ASTRO, baik guna ONLINE je.. CUST SERVICE hampeh!!

Aku dah 3 kali call mintak minimize aku punya package.. aku nak yang RM39.95 tu je.. aku soh buang entertainment yg ada [V], MTV sumer tu..

Tapi haram... :@ :@ :@ :@ :@ :@

Dah berbulan dah

So nak tanya, ada tak cara lain selain drpd phone call utk aku subscribe package yg paling minimum tu,,

Maksudnya pergi kat mana2 kaunter ke.. Yg macam TMPOINT tu.. Ada tak??

1) call pagi2 sblm waktu pjbt
2) mintak exact date activation of the new package
3) nama CSO

yg RM10 tu tak leh kata apa, belakang ko punya bil pun ada tulih.

yg RM10 biasanya mmg kena charge kalau nk downgrade package je... kalau nk upgrade takde charge

lagi satu freekey, kalau malas nk call, email je lah kt cust service... takyah nk tunggu berjam2 nk smpi turn

Aku ada pengalaman  pasal nak dpt feedback thru e-mail ni.....dah byk kali aku e-mail kat cust. service Astro...malangnya...tak pernah dapat respon....berbulan2 tunggu sampai aku lupa yg aku pernah e-mail kat derang....itupun bila aku bukak balik e-mail aku ( bhg sent ) .....so....Tak payah la korang nak e-mail kat Astro niu....hampeh kedaung....sbb aku rasa org yg jaga e-mail ke haper tu...mmg tak layan e-mail2 ni...atauu mungkin dalam sehari ..beriban2 e-mail masuk...tu yg tak menang tangan....last resort..pada derang...takyah layan...suh customer Call...........:@:@:@:@

Berbeza dgn kebanyakan Bank ( ada gak Bank yg hampeh )....biasanya derang akan call /respon within 3 -5 working days....

Pasal caj Rm10 downgradepekej tu...mmg begitulah kalau nak meniaga dan untung banyak....nak d/grade..kene caj...nak upgarde tak kene caj..:@:@:@....bila bil tak bayo 2 hari...kene reconnection fees....cam kureng la Astro ni.......

Cuma...bila dah dekat 7 tahun ngan Astro ni......3 hari cukup la takder Astro ni....rasa cam tensi bangat...nak tgk TV 1 dan sewaktu dengannya..mmg tak masyuk...maklumlah...dah terbiasa ngan Astro ni..

Last week i downgrade i punya pakej guna laman web astro...customer care then klik contact us. Pagi i apply, bila sampai rumah malam tengok dia orang dah downgrade.

kalo tepon astro kena start dengan maki-makian dulu, baru dia layan...

ni experience aku gak coz puas bercakap baik sopan santun ala perempuan melayu zaman dulu kala, akhirnya sabar jadi tepes...aku start maki hamun... bila dah kena maki baru depa buat keje cepat

tp lepas ko downgrade package tu esok lusa ada la mangkuk ayun tepon ko suh ko upgrade balik bagi tengok cinemax+hbo+star... free selama DUA BULAN... haha haram, dua bulan jek, jgn terpedaya

Dlam 3 -4 bulan lepas, aku ada tukar package via Astro website. Semnggu kemudian semua trus affect. Nex mnth bill trus update. Ko update kat website je la, lg cepat.

semalam aku call mintak up kan pakej news. bulan ni nak monitor news la sikit..

pagi ni sebelum nak gi keje masih tak bukak jugak ch news. ptg balik keje pun tak bukak. aku call la astro complain, rupanya org yg ambik report aku semalam tu tak tulis smart kad yg aku nak tambah pakej tu. sebab tu ast tak buat lagi..

Salam...
tak sangka..rupanya ramai gak yg ade prob ngan astro ni
Sy ade byk kali bermasalah ngan astro.
Mula2 dulu,berkenaan pembayaran..kite dah bayar tp dia cakap tak bayar.
Dah call,astro kata ok,dah proses,tp tak jga.
Tiba2 jer astro kt umah takde..dah dipotong..esoknya ade notis konon kite tak bayar.
Sebelum tu dia tak remind pape.Smpai la 2x pegi astro baru ok.
Satu lagi,berkenaan magazine astro tu..yg harge rm4..mmg ade minta,tp dia tak hantar2 pun..smpai la kite cancel..tba2 ade pula smpai rumah..siap minta bayaran..alahai!!!
