Assalamu'alaikum...
Ada sesiapa tak kat sini yg berminat nak keja sebagai fruit pickers kat ladang buah sambil travel ke UK, NZ, OZ dan Canada? Insya Allah, I'm going abroad in 1 or 2 months time, and I'm looking for people yg nak ke luar negara dan nak keja sementara as fruit pickers. Tak kisah la lelaki ke pompuan. We can go in a group so that anywhere we go, we can go together. Maknanya, susah senang, kita sama2. Fruit pickers ni kejanya petik buah kat ladang buah. Cherries, strawberries, blueberry, blackberry, apples, grapes, orange, pear, apricots, bak kata, semua jenis buah yg ada la (keja by season). Ada yg petik buah kat ground, ada yg kena panjat ladder setinggi 2 m. Kalau rajin, boleh dapat around $100-$150 (overseas currency) per day. So kalau keja for 6 days in a row, boleh la dpt sekitar $600 per week. Per month around $2400. (Convert to RM ada la around RM 10 K per month, belum tolak tax, kalau ada tax). Ada juga keja fruit packer kat shed, kita sort out buah yg elok dgn buah yg tak elok. Biasanya keja fruit packer gaji lebih mahal dari fruit picker sebab fruit packer kena berdiri for 7 hours or more each day. But most people prefer working as fruit pickers sebab they enjoy working outdoor.
If you are below 30 years old, you can get a Working Holiday Visa (18-30 year old) utk New Zealand dan UK. Memang senang nak approve. If you're over 30 like me, then you will have to apply for work permit which is hard to get unless you fly personally to the location involved itself (which is what I'm about to do). Anyway, if you feel like having some adventure, or if you feel dead bored with your current job and you just nak tukar angin utk sementara waktu, travel and earn some quick bucks, I am inviting you to join me in another 1-2 months time as backpackers. The 1st location would probably be NZ.
Nothing is going to be smooth. You need to be tough, physically and mentally. You need to be ready to face any obstacles that may come our way. You need to be strong and you need to be able to work hard in order to support yourself while being a backpacker. You need a valid passport and like I said, if you're below 30, you need to apply for a Working Holiday Visa (WHV). You will also need to buy a backpack that you will carry on your back semasa travel. Kiranya utk jadi backpacker ni, you kena lasak la dan paling penting, you kena berani. If you have any questions, you can ask me. Yg mana I can answer you, I will. Or you can PM me if you want. I hope to be able to go in a group so that I won't be alone traveling. Tapi kalau tak ada yg berminat, then I'll be going alone I guess. The invitation is open as long as I'm still here in Malaysia. Regards.
P.S Kpd yg baru baca thread ni, TOLONG JANGAN pm saya & tanya apa2 soalan yg telah pun dibincangkan di sini - rajin2kanlah diri anda membaca thread ini SAMPAI HABIS sebab semua basic info dah ada di sini. Saya dah balik Malaysia skg & dah tak buat lagi kerja ni. Saya bukan agen & saya tak offer sebarang kerja berkenaan perkara ni. Sekiranya selepas dah habis baca thread dari awal sampailah ke muka surat terakhir, anda masih ada soalan yg BELUM dikupas, barulah pm saya. Tapi klu anda saja2 tanya psl prosedur atau saya masih lagi buat benda ni atau tak, maaf klu saya tak jwb pm anda, sebab soalan anda menunjukkan yg anda sendiri malas nak membaca, nak minta spoonfed jer. Harap maklum. Terima kasih atas kerjasama - 16/12/2010.

Hi Anego.
Well, to me, it's not really about being adventurous at all. In my case, it's all about the money. Save some money (kena ada target), then after 1 or 2 years, balik Malaysia, beli rumah ke, or open up your own business. Kat Malaysia, kalau nak kumpul RM 100K per year, dalam mimpi aje la.. unless sebulan kita boleh simpan about RM 10K. Tapi berapa ramai yg boleh simpan RM 10K per month? Nak simpan RM 100 pun susah agaknya (like me la). Personally, I'm tired working for other people and make other people rich. It's about time I pula nak senangkan my family, especially my parents... But then again, it's just me.. |

Yeap it's true. But if you're able, tak terfikir nak sambung belajar. I know one thing, sambung belajar kat Jepun memang boleh buat duit. hehehe marah lak sponsor I kalau tahu. I manage to bayar all my hutang in Malaysia and also buat savings kat sini yang mana kalau kat malaysia memang mimpi ler. Perbelanjaan asyik melebihi pendapatan.
Dan baito (part-time) kat sini pun sangatlah lebat duitnya. Cuma tak tahu how easy nak datang as a part-time worker or even boleh ke.
Or why not kerja full-time kat sini aje. Tapi masalah bahasa la pulakkan. Tapi boleh je belajar. hehehe semangat aku nak tarik orang datang sini. |

Example - UK <--> Malaysia. But you need to be between 18-30 to apply for this. Saya dah periksa semua info about WHV (UK, NZ, OZ), saya tak pernah jumpa bab kena ada 20K baru boleh apply. Kalau mcm tu, tak lakulah skim ni, sedangkan every year, WHV inilah yg paling laku sekali amongst backpackers. WHV boleh apply online even dari negara luar dan boleh dapat within 48 hours. Tak perlu pun kena ada 20K. Kalau dah ada 20K, it will just defeat the very purpose of creating the scheme itself. Have a look here - http://www.google.lnk.visafirst. ... liday_visa_Info.asp |

cost of living memang tinggi. Tapi since income pun in yen, maka tak terasa sangat. Lagipun hiduplah sekadar mampu
Jepun tax banyak wooo.
