Ya, cuti adalah hak pekerja. Memilih hari yg dibenarkan bercuti adalah hak majikan.

Betulkan aunt ...

hehehe...tp kn auntie,ada majikan yg kt "cuti bkn hak pekerja tp adl keistimewaan"...cm mn tuh?ni laa padahnya bila dpt bos gila!fuhhh,nasib baik dh tkr bos baru..

Bab cuti ni ada dalam undang-undang pekerjaan kita - rujuk (Employment Act 1955). Majikan wajib bagi kalau pekerja minta cuti dalam jangkamasa yang munasabah..ramai yang baca seksyen 60E tak habis. Depa patut baca sampai subseksyen 2 bawah seksyen yang sama..

(2) The employer shall grant (wajib bagi) and the employee shall take (wajib amik) such leave not later than twelve months after the end of every twelve months continuous service and any employee who fails to take such leave at the end of such period shall thereupon cease to be entitled thereto:

Provided that an employee shall be entitled to payment in lieu of such annual leave if, at the request of his employer (kalau majikan tamau bagi majikan kena bayaq) , he agrees in writing not to avail himself of any or all of his annual leave entitlement.

Dalam kes TT nak pi Medan, tapi majikan tamau bagi ... elok lempang jer boss tu (dalam mimpi).

dlm akta pekerjaan, cuti adalah hak pekerja.. majikan wajib bagi cuti tahunan 8 hari jika pekerja ta ...

itu minimum days yg majikan kena ikut, lebih tak apa...tp jgn kurang drp apa yg employment act tetapkan.
ada company yg terus bgi annual leave sebaik je masuk kerja, biasanya lepas confirm in service, boleh la amik, dan ada juga company yg bagi annual leave selepas cukup 12 bulan kerja.

boss mu ting tong kot..
cuti tahunan dan cuti umum adalah hak pekerja, cuma majikan ada hak umtuk tetapkan hari yg boleh ambik.
those yg kerja kat retail dan lain2 industri yg working tak normal mcm keje pejabat, cuti boleh di'replace'kan kalau terpaksa keja pd hjg minggu atau hari cuti awam.
cuti = hak pekerja, lulus cuti=hak majikan, itu adalah employer-servant contract.
