Responsibilities
- Perform end-to-end recruitment processes which include understanding customer requirement, identifying candidates, assessing qualifications, proposing, arranging interview and concluding the offer.
- Maintain creative communications channels to source, reach and establish professional relationships with the prospects and candidates.
- Match the selected candidates to the clients’ business requirements based on several criteria such as competency, communication skills, employment histories, certification required, availability, and etc.
- Conduct preliminary phone discussion to brief the candidates the job descriptions, key requirements and the opportunities.
- Obtain the necessary consents from the candidates and prepare candidates' profiles in the standard format for the submission to clients.
- Arrange further technical or face-to-face interviews for the assessments of the candidates.
- Attend to enquiries from the clients and candidates and ensure all arrangements such interview appointment, job descriptions and key information are communicated to all relevant parties.
- Work closely with Service Delivery and focal points from the clients to ensure service fulfillments.
- Maintain up-to-date candidates’ database and network.
- Deliver excellent service quality to all stakeholders including the back end hiring managers.
Requireemnt
At least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human ResourceManagement or equivalent.  Ability to build lasting relationships with people, candidates, businessleaders and managers.  Ability to adapt to clients' recruitment processes, approaches to market andmarket information.  Ability to handle high volume recruitment.  Ability to build talent acquisition process and strategy  Excellent communication skills particular in English and ITterminology. Working hour : 9am-6pm Monday to Friday Location : Damansara Intan (Next to Tropicana City Mall)
