Hi~ A lot of my colleagues asked me about how to select a good tires. Then only I realise there are somany people out there dunno how to pick a suitable tires for their cars.. no wonder the accident rate is getting higher now. I put up this thread so as to help other newbie out there..

it also depends on how u drive and habit of driving. then you will know what kinda tires suit you.
There are seasonal tires, performances tires, and mixing tires, where new tires install on rear axle of your vehicle if you prefer to drive on winding road, put it at fromt if you always drive on normal road..

what tires are u using?  u can choose a lower tire profile or plus sizing your tire to improve handling and performance.

if ur dad has the budget,  buy the best quality of tire brand he can afford, some tires manufacturer has produce some tires made to improve handling and ride. tire is the best investment u can invest in your car., please dont save money on it...

im currently using a falken tire.

yes true kenny...tire is just one part of your suspension and mechanical system, must also check other parts like lower arm, absorber etc, seen many people buying good tires but their suspension is out, so whats the point ...and how good ur car dsc/dtc traction control wont fully help the human error or nature...it does assist in smart driving, but does not guarantee ur live

In Malaysia it is better to choose those good grip tires.. since the rainfall is quite frequent and heavy. Actually there are still a lot of people do not know how to select suitable tires. Some of them would go for cheap tires instead of real good one.

thanks for all the infos! =) i would like to emphasize on one thing here. never chose recon tires..they wear off easily. like mine. been using only for 6 months or so.. such a waste of money. should really consult the expert before purchasing

Everyone have own  point of view as in which brand is better. For me , I will go for a product that have more longevity , durable comfort and all season traction. That's the reason I only go for Michelin Primacy 3ST...just have a  look on this and look at how good is the tyre... never read never know how good it is But ntg better than testing yourself!
