Honda has officially unveiled the 2014 Crider for the Chinese market.
Looking virtually identical to the concept that debuted at the Shanghai Motor Show, the production model has a "dragon" inspired design with sharp lines and taut surfaces. Notable styling highlights include a prominent grille, upward sweeping character lines and LED-infused headlights. Overall, the Crider measures 4650mm long, 1750mm wide and 1505mm tall with a wheelbase that spans 2650mm.
The spacious interior is a little drab but comes nicely equipped with metallic trim, a push-button ignition and an infotainment system with a seven-inch display.
Motivation is provided by a 1.8-liter four-cylinder engine that produces 139 HP (102 kW) and 172 Nm (126 lb-ft) of torque. It can be connected to a five-speed manual or a five-speed automatic transmission.
The Crider is currently on sale and pricing starts at 114,800 RMB ($18,675 / |
