Macamana nak memotivasi suami yg berat badan tahap kronik utk exercise ?

wow tea....bestnyer baca!! rasa semangat pulak...
i pon concern dgn my hb's weight...esp bila perut ada maju jua ke hadapan. so, i akan kutuk2 dier dlm nada bergurau tanya, "preggy berapa bulan bang?"
like u, my concern is to have a healthy lifestyle. what i did, during weekend, i akan ajak hb lumba berenang. from 1 point to other point. i love water therapy, so did my husband. agak2 dier malas nak bangun pepagi tue, i paksa2 kejut2 dier gak utk masuk pool. i akan membebel sampai dier x kuasser nak dengar i ckp i tanak hitam kalau swimming tgh hari, baik bangun skang or else....... nak stat enjin tue liat, tp once enjin sudah panas.....sdirik mau ingat. pepetang weekend, or as & when sempat, we play squash or tenis sesama. skang anak bujang dah besar, main dgn anak bujang. main tendang2 kejar2 bola. anak aku adrenalin machine stok tak reti penat, so, mmg aku ensure husband layan anak main (at the same time dier pon dpt exercise free).
on foods pulak, he bought itu beras poni taj mahal tanpa kanji tue. ya ampunnn......aku makan rasa tadek pa per. kalau selalu makan sepinggan dgn beras xde kanji nie aku rasa berpinggan2 aku makan masih x kenyang2. tp, demi husband....its ok, aku adjust.
dkt rumah, mmg style masak either kukus, grill, panggang, kukus....so....tadek aper sgt la.i mmg ensure healthy foods to be served at home. kat luar tue, beyond my control. one thing husband x suka makan benda manis. so, i encourage dier utk minom lotsa plain water...3L per day. kalau dkt rumah tue, ada water tumbler yg aku dah allocate sesiap kena kasik refill at least 4x per day (500ml each). anak2 pon dah terikut, minom lotssa plain water.
supplement plak, i bekalkan dier lechitihin and few other vits. as & when i akan sms and remind dier utk makan the supplement. u knowlah men...typical kan mana nak telan2 supplement nie. so, i selalu cerita2 dgn dier all the benefits, the function etc etc. benda2 yg i citer dier tau, tp biasalah men....malasss...but, bila dier dah makan constantly and see the effect ku dah tayah nak sms2 reminder ker haper dah...
so far, oklah...cuma kdg2 malas tue ada jua menyinggah...but its ok...i will be his reminder as & when needed.... |

ada satu masa dulu, i gilakan belly dancing. masa memula buat, husband bantai gelak. effect belly dancing nie mmg best. habes lenguh2 satu badan. so, husband gelakkan aku ye? aku paksa2 seksa2 torture2 dier suruh ikut buat sama. lantakla walau belly dancing tue pompan ajek yg buat. rasain!!! baru dier tau belly dancing bukan sekadar berdansa biasa....rasa nak terpeleot pinggang bagai tue sumer bermandian peluh ...

i pernah amek kelas belly dancing, oke laa, but it's not really my forte... i'd prefer dancing hip hop & latino gituh, sbb nak achieve heart rate 80% recommended tu kan.. hubby cakap i nampak lagi gedik dancing latino.. hahahaha... tp dia tak folo dancing sbb susah dia cakap.. so i heret dia buat kickboxing
kadang2 kalo nampak perut dia ala2 nak membuncit sket or berat dia naik 1 -2 kg.. i cepat2 psycho dia... terus dia diet & kerap eksesais... dia mmg cepat naik kalo gi offshore... balik offshore 2 minggu aje terus naik sekilo.... kalo shutdown, gym kat platform tu jadi tempat contractor2 tido, so dia tak dapat nak workout...

betul, exercising & jaga health ni kena ada geng yang betul.... kalo dapat geng2 yang jenis bantai nasi lemak roti canai teh tarik hari2 tu, mmg gitu laa jugak lifestyle jadinye... tea dulu pun motivasi kurang jugak awal2 tu... tp sbb ramai geng, so habit ni lekat... makin lama join, makin ramai geng2 fitness & diorang pun slalu ajak aktiviti luar & pegi gym or ada marathon... panjat gunung laa, etc.... tea bila bkawan ngn geng2 nie, mmg semangat nak dapat body toned cam diorang... ala2 miss universe gitu body diorang... even dah umur 45, mmg tak nampak langsung, tea ingatkan diorang late 20s... skali umur dah 42, 45... demnnn!!! @_@ |

agree, keje shift kat offshore mmg susah nak control berat badan & kesihatan. considering the limited space kat platform tu kan... in your case, hubby kena diet dulu laa, makan mcm orang biasa, or at least start counting calories... biar dia kena keep in mind berapa dah calorie intake dia tiap2 hari... mmg susah2 mula2, lama2 dah boleh congak2 agak2 aje... bahaya laa kalo prolong obese nie.. takut datang penyakit2 lain once umur makin meningkat...
yang exercising tu, better dia buat something yang lower impact cardio lah, cam brisk walking ke... jangan suh dia jog ke ape, sbb nanti dalam masa 2 bulan aje dia akan start sakit lutut... start slowly..
one of my fren kena diabetes umur 28... she's so young utk dapat penyakit camtu, bukan gemuk sangat pun, tp sbb tak jaga makan... dah ler camtu, ada high BP lak tu... ish2... pastu, another fren of mine, umur 35 dah sakit2 lutut nak solat rukuk, sujud... aktiviti pun dah terjejas... BMI dia tea suspect dalam 28 camtu... she's not obese, but she's definitely overweight... |

ooowh... why u amek additional supplements ek? lecithin tu utk ape? tea and hubby so far cuma amek vit c jenama flavettes tu aje... lain2 tak amek..
as for sayuran, tea mmg prepare 2 jenis dish sayuran.. 1 is uncooked cam salad or ulam, another is sup sayur, or masak stir fry yg kejap je goreng tu.. kira taruk atas api kejap je la. i'm so used to korean food yang banyak pakai sayuran... chinese food pun sama... stok sayur dalam peti ais cuma tahan beberapa hari aje sbb mmg makan banyak sayur mcm2 kaler...

i give my other half lecithin because of its significant effects on lowering serum cholesterol and triglycerides, while increasing HDL ("good cholesterol") levels in the blood.
in layman term, dpt mengurangkan kolestrol LDL (kolestrol jahat) by increasing kolestrol HDL (kolestrol baik), disamping menurunkan paras tingliserida. Lecithin or "natural emulsifier" will melarutkan lemak kepada bentuk yang lebih kecil supaya dapat diangkut dan di bakar dan menghalang lemak disimpan di dalam badan kita. it will also meleraikan plak yang termendap pada dinding arteri, memperbaiki peredaran darah dan mencedah pembekuan darah.
besides, lechitin is good for brain, heart, liver and kidney too. mengurangkan keletihan dan meningkatkan keupayaan mental maklumlah kerja stress stress perlukan fokus yg tinggi, lechitin membekalkan fosfatidikolin (rujuk wikipedia Phosphatidylcholine) bahagiain penting dalam membran sel untuk menghasilkan asetilkolin iaitu pengangkut kimia untuk penyimpanan memori dan ingatan.

i provide him with vit c, multivits, b complex tue sumer jugak but u know ah...tipikal man....mana nak makan byk2 tue sumer.....

i selalu gak remind my husband, its ok kalau nak makan byk byk (or in other words "mentekedarah") but make sure, calorie burnt is greater than calorie consumed. reminder for myself too .... |
