kat company korang2..apa criteria dalam pemberian bonus selain performance?
contoh : org tu mesti bekerja lebih 3 bulan..baru layak dpt bonus
please kasi input...

ada jerk... company lama aku dulu br keje sebulan da dpt bonus, rezeki n sebat jerk la. tp x la dpt bonus full mcm staff lain. dia divide la brp bulan ko dah keje.

even dlm gov pun kalo probation dpt bonus gak.

Macam my company, main syarat untuk layak bonus adalah kene permanent dulu..

Normally probation period hanya 6 month..
And if let say dah permanent, and serve less than 1 yr..(Contoh keje untuk 8 Bln, they still consider kasi Bonus..in pro-rate basis..

* My company camni and my husband nyer company pun apply bende sama

sbb mcm my comp plak nak permanent sgt susah..almost semua bdk2 baru akan contract..renewable contract.
ur comp punya probation mmg pukul rata sume 6 bulan ke?
