Job Title : Chief Financial Officer (CFO)
Reporting To : Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Qualification & Training
Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Finance / Accountancy /
Banking or with ACCA /CIMA qualification.
Experience
10 years or more broad finance experience, managing the finance function; accounting, budgeting, control and reporting.
Skill / Attributes
- Well-versed in applying Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements and SC Acts & Regulations.
- Chartered Accountancy is strongly desired. Preferably a member of MIA.
- Excellent business acumen, analytical and leadership skills.
- Able to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast past environment.
- High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results oriented
- An effective communicator at all levels in the organization, with strong oral and written skills and a willingness to share information
- Creativity, with experience funding activities in ways that both cover costs and generate operating margin
Main Responsibilities
- Manage and lead the accounting and finance team to ensure for overall accounting and financial activities
- Develop and implement effective financial policies and strategies to achieve growth and profit target
- Oversee all accounts, ledgers and reporting system, ensuring compliance with appropriate generally accepted accounting    principles, regulatory requirements and budget audit requirements.
- Manage cash flow and forecasting. Develop a reliable cash flow projection process and reporting mechanism that includes minimum cash threshold to meet operating needs.
- Optimize the handling banking relationship and initiate appropriate strategies to enhance cash positions
- Provides leadership in the development for the continuous evaluation of short and long-term strategic financial objectives
- Provide recommendations to strategically enhance financial performance and business opportunities to Directors and CEO on financial and tax related matters
-  Ensure compliance with approved accounting standards , tax requirements and other relevant regulations of the industry
- Planning and executing the financial risk management as a practice of creating economic value by using financial instruments to manage exposure to risk, particularly credit risk and market risk

cer citer yg vacancy lain tu...yg vacancy di atas ni.. tak lepas la untuk org yg muda remajah mcm kami2 ni.. mana nak lepas experience more than 10 years.. tamat sekolah menengah pun tak sampai 10 years lagi, apatah lagi working experience..kekekeke
