nak tanya u all. i kerja under private sector.
i kerja 2years 3months and i ada masuk kerja in another project for sudden and i diassigned buat kerja not under my profession. And after 2 months, i got appresial that my performance wasnt that great and i direview yang i ni macam i takleh buat kerja, buat kerja has no input, lambat catch up and so on. And i ada banyak tanya jugak since i tak buat kerja not under my profession.
i frust gila bila dapat review macam tu. i was like rasa sangat tak adil. i dah usaha sehabis baik, tapi sedap je cakap i ni susah nak catch lah, buat kerja takde input lah, banyak tanya macam xleh buat kerja. yaAllah stress sumpah stress. geram pun yaa. i tak pernah tunjuk or mintak review kerja i dalam kerja yang “kosong”, i mintak review sebab nak tanya entah betul atau tak kerja i.
padahal, hakikat ny tak habis2 duk cakap “apa2 masalah, tanya je” bila i tanya. macam ni pulak perspektif dia nya.
bila perspektif bos dan senior macam ni kan, i rasa tawar hati sangat.
valid ke perasaan i ni? ke i je yang sensitif? hmm |

valid perasaan tu, sbb kita human. But after that kena let go and just take it positive. Challenge urself utk ambil kritik tu as input to prove them wrong.
Afteral u can always find another job, while still there just take it as it is.

tapi i sejenis yg ambik and buat
i made mistake u learn a lot ..
talking from my perspective yg also tak keje in my profesion sebenar.
and to some extent jumping company more too nak increase salary je
but in the end same shit differen human diff place jaaa
