RESIGN-1 mon notice... MC tak laku within the period

Nak tanye.. Saya dh hantar resigned letter to co. 1 months notice..
last friday saya MC.. Bos kata dikira as UNPAID LEAVE...
Betul ke tu?
Try cr dlm rule HR... tak jumpe...
Sapa tau? leh komen? atau ada link mana2 saya leh rujuk?

MC entitle: 14 hari: saya x pernah Mc lg since 1 AUg...
Cuti entitle: 16 hari: saya dh cuti 6.5 hari since 1 aug.. <-- cuti raya..
dh la saya kene pre pay co. sbb dh terlebih cuti... 3.5 hari dh dikira unpaid...(time ni prorate.. time bonus x nk lak kira prorate!)
blh cite pasal potongan x sah? what should I do? |

tahun calendar company u 1 Aug 2010 hingga 31 Jul 2011 kot?
gaji bulan berapa yg kena tolak gaji sbb amik UL? bulan tu amik cuti AL berapa byk?
potongan xsah maksudnya potongan yg bkn diwartakan dlm akta (mcm epf, socso, tax) & xde persetujuan pekerja & pengarah buruh |

I dh keje 4 thn..
so bg tender notice 1 mon to co...on 30 September 2010..
last friday: 15 October... I MC.. bos kata kira unpaid..
walhal.. this year I x ambik lg MC.. MC I full lg 14 hari..
Utk cuti lak... saya ada 16 hari cuti tahunan..Saya dh cuti pd:
augus:2.5 hari
Sept: 4 hari
total 6.5 hari...
gaki bulan ni la bos nk potong gaji saya..
gaji yg saya dh terlebih cuti.. + MC yg dia kata x valid tu.. |

there is no way yang boss u treat your MC as unpaid leave.
MC as long got the support letter is a genuine sick leave. Lagipun MC adalah 14 sehari setahun and tak boleh prorate walaupun ko kerja tak sampai setahun.
So what you can do is get back to your boss, cakap MC is MC tak boleh tolak cuti. Kalau dia tetap nak jugak, u just go to Labor office dan report saja. Nanti ur boss kena bayar balik laa.. Simple case.. |

socso pn x pernah bayo.. lama2 I feed up.. bgtau socso... skrg dia dpt surat.. kene bayar semua staff yg pernah kerja sini..
x kra yg dh brenti ke.. masih ade...
or jail 10 years.
baru dia kelam kabut nk wat payment.. tu pn dia g mtk kurang, bayar staff yg masih ada jek.... selama i keje 4 thn.. xde socso cover la... |

mesti company cha ya nun alif ni...sesuka hati sesedap rasa jer....cam kat office I ni....adam colleague tu lum confirm pastu resign bila dia ambik MC majikan kata tak boleh accept kena Unpaid leave...sbb dia lum confirm & resign....last2 check punya check one of the staff pun ada yang tak confirm utilized MC sampai 14 hari tak kena unpaid leave pun.... |
