bolehkah begini?

sy nak berhenti keje arini...nak bagi notis 24 hours...tapi sy konpius, kalau sy bagi arini, bila my last day of working@Wserving to the company?

sory kalau soalan mudah...

boleh ke kalau saya juz bagi notice then terus balik arini....sbb sy dah mmg xde motgivasi nak keje situ....

kalo ko berhenti 24hrs pun..kalo dlm HR policy or agreement ko kena berhenti sebulan...ko kena stay lah sebulan...kalo tak kena bayar or sedia utk disaman lah...

tp kalo buat notis 24hrs...maksudnya..ko leh belah trus lah lepas letak jawatan...

dah confirm ke belum..kalau belum confirm rasanya 7 hari kan notis, kalau dah confirm selalunya 1 bulan, cuba baca balik letter offer, kalau tak pun cuba tanya HR. Seelok2nya bagi la notis dulu, jgn terus cabut je..handover keje betul2..iyela sebab esok2 nak gak bubuh work experience keje kat situ dlm resume kan, so kalau future employer call tempat keje lama nanti, kan dah ade bad reference kat situ.

be professional...

biar ada proper handover...at least in written...


sbb aku penah kene...kawan aku sendiri...berhenti...pastuh takde hand over at all...pastuh aku lak kena take over his job...dlm masuk 2 or 3 bulan tuh...mmg mulut aku tak berhenti menyumpah seranah dia...tp Alhamdulillah I manage to handle it...dan sekarang ia menjadi kerja yng kekal terhadap aku...sbb management nengok aku leh buat...syiall tol...untung giler company...bagi extension elaun 200 jah...arghhhh....kalo new hire ofcourse lah 3 or 4K kan...

aku di perkudakan...

dalam policy notis 2 bulan...masalahnya,sy baru prebation...dan apa yg saya tahu dalam law, kalau prebation bleh bagi notis 24hours...

tadi dah hantar resignation...berapa kali meeting diorg xnak lepaskan...at last sy tetap juga dgn keputusan sy tapi diorg suh bayar 2 months pulak...peliknya kenapa under prebation kena bayar ke?

biasanya notis 2 bulan tu bg yg dh confirm.

biasa kalo dh confem notis sama ada 2 @ 3 bulan.
kalo masih lagi probation period sama ada 1 minggu @ 2 minggu @ sebulan. depends on policy company tu la...

ko kena tengok balik offer letter ko dulu.

dalam ofer letter tulis 2 bulan...hurm...byk gak nak kena bayar tuh...tapi kali ni 1st time sy tau under prebation kena bagi notis sama dgn permanent staff...aduyai...

diowang auta ko la tu sebab ko x sure. cuba ko check balik dgn org hr. setahu aku kalau probation, memang kena bagi notis jugak tapi takdela sampai 2 bulan, sedangkan yg confirm pun kadang2 2-3 bulan je, tgk position. aku rasa ko paling kuat pun should only be one mth, atau pun paling minimum 1 minggu.

tapi since company xnak gak lepaskan kau immediately, aku ajar ko satu cara ni la..cara standard yang selalu dibuat org lepas hantar surat resign..so dia nak thn ko sampai 2 bulan kat situ, ko fight la ckp ko belum confirm, so paling kuat biar dia thn sebulan je. pastu lepas je ko hantar surat, terus check bila last day..lepas ko tender tu..suka hati ko la nak wat apa..nak dtg lambat ke..nak balik on the dot kul 5 ke..nak mc ke..nak el ke..
sebab ko kan dah tender..so company dah tak le nak wat ape2 dah...so aku rasa kalau ko menyakitkan hati diowang mcm tu, mesti dioawang akan bg ko release awal kan.ko jgn risau, diowang dah takle wat ape2 lagi dgn kau, sebab ko dah tender..setakat menghabiskan sisa2 hidup ko je kat sana...

erm yg cakap kena bayar 2 bulan tu org HR...sbb sy baru fresh grad sbb tu agak blur pasal ni...sy nak refer pada labour law tapi xtahu macamana...tadi org HR dah cal suh saya byr 4k lebih utk 2 bulan basic salary...mana nak cari duit sdgkan sy baru 3 bulan keje situ...

maksud hang, dlm offer letter tu takdak clause probation period ? hmm...pelik...
meh aku bagi tips kat hang....

dah bagi notis kan....ok, tak yah pi keje dah...hang ignore je notice in-lieu tu..buat dekk je..lps ni kalau depa summon/bagi notis suruh bayor...hang p labour office and cerita kat officer tu..yg hang berenti dlm probation period. Salah employer sbb tak clearly stated dlm offer letter berapa notice required kalau nak resign within the probation period tu.

kalau depa insist suruh bayor jugak, hang cakap le hang mampu bayor RM 100 je sebulan, or RM 50.00 sebulan. this is open to negotiation maaa...at least hang bayor jugak kan...

a'ah die xtulis pon sama ada prebation @ permanent...just tulis ayat die bermula dengan during your employment bla bla bla camtu je...tapi bukan ke labour law applicable utk org yg income belom rm1500 per month?

keje ovses bank gak...tkde mslh, just inform hr. then pass sume keje ngn member....

tp lps tu nyesal gilerrrrr......

kalo la aku tau bos tu benti, aku takkan benti huhu
