[News 3] Kim Hyun Joong “There is some regrets in SS501 members’ physical appearance”
SS501, who returned with mini album ‘Rebirth’ after 1 years & 7 months, engaged in a verbal competition.
SS501 members attended to the recording of KBS 2TV ‘Star Golden Bell’. On the question ‘Who is the member that you’re most envious of?’, leader Kim HyunJoong was selected. Kim KyuJong was asked by MC Jeon HyunMoo on the reason of him choosing Kim HyunJoong, he had high praises for him “This person (Kim HyunJoong) is born to be a sculpture (meaning, perfect features, very handsome). I am really envious of him as an entertainer.”
MC Ji SukJin then asked “Kim HyunJoong, can you say something about KyuJong’s appearance that you are envious of?” Kim HyunJoong responded “Rather than something that I’m envious of, let me talk about the regrets in his appearance. Despite his young age, Kim KyuJong is losing hair.” His exposure made the recording scene drown with laughter.
Kim HyunJoong was then asked by the MCs “What is the regrets in appearance for the other members?”, he replied “Heo YoungSaeng ate the same amount as me, but he grew fat. Park JungMin looks really old when I first met him, but his look doesn’t seem to change at all.” His frank replies made the guest roar with laughter. Broadcast is on 14-Nov.

Recently in KBS 2TV ‘Star Golden Bell’ recording, SS501 was asked by MC Jeon HyunMoo “When was SS501’s crisis?’ and Park JungMin replied “When Heo YoungSaeng, Kim KyuJong, Kim HyunJoong went into activities as a trio group, they sold a lot (album CDs). Kim HyungJoon jokingly said ‘we did better because the two of them were not included’ but I was hurt by that.”
Kim HyungJoon explained “Frankly speaking, we are very shocked ourselves that we did this well. We did our best thinking that we won’t do it if we can’t make it there (those achievements).”
However Heo YoungSaeng who what he said exposed the truth that one day, Kim HyungJoon came looking for him and suggested “Hyung! Let’s do a 2nd album together as 3 of us again.” Surprising Park Jungmin and Kim Hyun Joong.

Five-member boy band SS501 took their first win for their new song on a music show aired by major broadcaster KBS on Friday.
Thegroup won the award for the No. 1 song on "Music Bank" with theirlatest single "Love Like This", beating out last week's winner SHINeeand another contender Baek Ji-young.
Their victory comes threeweeks after the release of their mini-album "Rebirth", through whichthe group made a comeback to the local music scene for the first timein a year and seven months.
They were unable to perform on theshow however, due to holding a concert at Shanghai's Hongkuo SoccerStadium tomorrow as part of their Asia tour.
SS501, who debutedin June 2005, is one of the most popular K-pop acts in Asia. The grouphas had numerous hits singles in Korea and Japan, and some of themembers have branched out to acting and musical theater as well.
