penipuan alam syber,nak buat aduan kat mana?

jikalau kita telah melalui penipuan secara online (di alam syber),pihak mana patut kita rujuk?
contohnya kalau kita buat bisnes online, dan kita konon kena bayar dulu deposit,bila dah bayar ternyata kita kena advertise bisness tu kat orang lain,kalau dapat respon baru dapat balik deposit tu.
kat pihak mana kita boleh buat aduan? |

tipu2 kat tenet.. sendiri tanggung la rasanya.. sap la yang leh tolong.. kakau penipuan dalam kuantiti besar and ramai terkene maybe bleh ada badan penyiasat... kene amek tau dari mana penghantar emel tu ker dll.. setakat ni mmg xpenah kene tipu dan xmau tertipu.. biar xuntung tapi jgn rugi! |

ko cuba je buat aduan kat balai polis berdekatan.lantak la ko dapat balik ke tak duit ko,asal nama orang yang tipu ko tu naik dalam report polis tu,ada IC dia lagi bagus. |

bukan MLM,tapi memula advertise freelance typist.
bila dah bayar deposit yang kononnya refundable,kena iklankan pulak advertising freelance typist la,jual cigarette la.
bila mintak penjelasan macam-macam alasan dia bagi.nak mintak balik duit deposit pun susah |
