Taichi ni walaupun nampak slow tapi best n power gak. Aku tak pernah belajar taichi. Kalau shaolin tu adelah sikit2. But dari pengalaman dan pemerhatian aku, taichi n shaolin still banyak persamaan dari segi asasnya. Kalau ko nak belajar taichi, for me it's a good choice. Good for ur health as well as self defence.

Not really. I'm only a half chinese from my grandfather. About the special power, i don't think it's so special. It's called 'chi' or 'ki' and we all have it. The difference is the experts could use their 'chi' to increase their physical ability in combat.

that is not special power laa... you can that if ou practise it... it is known as controling the "qi" of life force of yourself n yoru surrounding..... try breath deep... when you breath, you can feel your energy/strength... now the trick is to concentrate the whole nergy into a single point
