selak page2 belakang..saya rasa kiterang pernah discuss pasal medical checkup ni....ada beberapa forumer yg ada pengalaman mcm saya. |

diorg ada stated yang utk 3 tahun ke atas, tak perlu medical check up lagi...
cuma perlu renew permit jek.. |

ni ada nota dr fomema... hubby GH pon dah call bhgn imigration n dia kata org immigration kata takyah buat medical checkup since maid kami datang mei 2005... so dah 3 kali dia buat checkup... n kali ni takyah buat checkup .. terus renew permit jerk..

MEDICAL EXAMINATION
CONDUCTED ON
FOREIGN WORKERS
The Ministry of Health has informed us the decision of the Government that foreign workers are subject to 3 medical examination only as stated below:
Medical examination within 1 month upon arrival in Malaysia (for the purpose of application of work permit for year 1).
Annual medical examination at the end of the first year of the foreign worker in Malaysia for the renewal of work permit (for the purpose of application of work permit for year 2).
Annual medical examination at the end of second year for the foreign worker in Malaysia for the renewal of work permit (for the purpose of application of work permit for year 3).
Annual medical examination at the end of third year and onwards are not required. Employers who are not certain whether the foreign workers are excluded for the medical examination based on the above, please seek clarification from the Immigration Department.
Nevertheless, should the foreign worker who are excluded from the above policy choose to use our system to carry out medical examination, our normal registration procedure applied. |

ada org ofer me, RM600 utk proses... dgn gaji RM400. so RM1000 jer.
tapi now bila nak pakai, contact org tu kata dia dah tak buat, sbb ada agen lain ugut dia. adeh  |

ada member lia amk lbh kurang mcm ni,kena bayar 3k lebih ,bila maid start keje tolak gaji dia 3 bln,so sebenarnye 1k lebih je la cost dia.tapi kena la tanggung risiko in case maid tu lari.x de foc replacement.klu tru agent dia replace in case maid lari dlm masa 3 bln. |
