But certainly it is a great deal for the "Running Man" viewers who shed tears over Gary's exit from the show last year.
Korean newsoutlet 10Asia, as cited by Korea Boo, quoted producer Lee Hwan Jin: "The episode is set to air 2 weeks later, so it's difficult for me to tell you the content of it, but it was kept very secret so everyone was surprised." It further added: "It will be filled with secrets and surprises so please look forward to it."
Gary was with the SBS show since the time of its first broadcast, that is eight years ago, and has got a very good relation with almost all the cast members. Gary left the show in October last year stating that he wanted to focus on his music career.
According to the reports, the rapper already took part in filming of the special episode on Jan. 17, Wednesday. Moreover, his appearance was a surprise to the other members. Song Ji Hyo, Lee Kwang Soo, Yoo Jae Suk, Kim Jong Kook, Ji Suk Jin and HaHa had no idea about the return of the former member to the variety show temporarily.
The special episode is expected to be quite a pleasant one. Fans are quite excited about the upcoming special episode. In fact, some fans are hoping that there will be a reunion for the final episode of all the present and former cast members.
