my treadmill kt umah tu jadi tmpt ayah baca quran dia duduk atas tu hahahha
masa i buat exp squat deret sebulan tu, i jaga mkn, nasi kurang, bykkan protein, sup2, sayur.. tu boleh rasa kurang sikit

klu nk cpt baik sakit2 tu kan, bykkn mkn raw protein eg ayam, ikan, daging, bayam, sayur .. sakit tu cpt sikit baik ..
klu sakit sgt, kurangkan sikit, squat ngn kettlebell 30 ke, pastu lunges ke, or bicycle crunches

cuba u amik masa setgh jam lepas terawih ke, min kene 30mnt exercise .. klu x boleh, sblm tido, u buat bicycle crunches (tgn main hp, x rasa lama ),

ada malam tu, buat bicycle crunches 3 hari berturut2, buat dlm 30x 1 sesi, hari kedua kot, perut keras .. nk gelak sakit je kt bwh ni ![](static/image/smiley/default/biggrin.gif) |

Dulu masa rajin gi gym naik la juga sikit, masa tu lepas penat2 bersenam, makan banyak2 pastu tidur..Bahagia..
Sekarang ni nak start up balik..Put aim nak weight gain n body mcm jam pasir..hahaha..

kalo mcm tu try makan at least 2000 kalori per day
ingatkan nak kurus hehe
pastu mkn multivit, vitamin b+
since puasa ni..meols selalu jogging start pukul 5.00 sampai 6.00. today x jog rest day

hehehe...takpe you.. ada gak la kegunaan threadmill tu.. semlm baru start balik workout kt umah.. kalo sempat arini g gym.. wish me luck

max 45 mins.. 25-30 mins on threadmill and 15 mins on abs... legs main time lepas buka puasa je mampu.. kalo tidak abes kering mulut

Tgk youtuba lg better utk dpt proper position for squat sbb biasanya kalo cara betul.. Sore dia kt bontot and peha.. Kalau salah... Sakit kt tmpt lain.. Same as workout shoulder ke leg ke... Sme kene betul baru dpt result |
