Bagaimana nak kecilkan lengan dan kurangkan perut buncit ?

Melah sekarang tengah diet..so far badan melah turun..makan jaga kalori walaupun ari2 bedal nasi je,cuma melah joging tiap petang dalam sejam..
Alhamdulilah, berat dan saiz badan turun..punggung makin kecil
Cuma masalah melah, lengan melah besar dan perut buncit sikit..forumer CI ada tips nak kurangkan tak masalah ni???

buat sit up tiap2 hari.

pastu pagi2, amalkan minum air lemon (kalo seharian minum air lemon pun bagus).

air masak + perahan / hirisan lemon

sambil2 tu ~ buat senaman perut.

"tarik" perut ke dalam (sambil tahan nafas selama yg bole). pastu lepaskan perlahan2. buat 10~20x. atau sebanyak mana yg mampu. senama nie bole buat bila2. smbil2 tunggu lif, sambil2 beratur nak beli tiket wayang. sambil2 duduk.

aku pun ada masalah tu. tmbah pipi , rs nak meletup. tp aku x diet la. ni nak dkt puasa ni lg la aku melantak je..tp nk try la lemon tu.

Melah amalkan minum air limau nipis+madu setiap pagi..baru je start

Bestnya punggung masik kecil. Iols lengan kecik je punggung besar. Klu jogging pun kaki xpeluh pun. Sbb tu kot punggung xkecik

good. me pun amalkan. tapi nak istiqamah tu.... hahahahhaha. payah tol.

seelok2nyer buat malam. air masak tu letak dlm jag besar siap2. pastu perah lemon / lime (kalo nak hiris pun bole ~ tapi make sure buang kulit), kalo tak nnti jadi kelat). tambah madu. after semalaman (atau lepas 3-4 jam sekurang2nyer, baru minum).

halia + jintan manis + jintan putih...rebus bersama..
minum pagi & malam
ni petua dr kakak aku..berat dia dr 70 kg da turun 65...baru jerk dia amalkan..
perut dia da xde la memboyot lagik..
aku punya petua mcam ni
halia + jintan manis + kulit kayu manis+ halba + gula melaka sikit..
kalau rajin google boleh baca semua bahan ni utk kempiskan perut, pecah lemak, buang angin & macam2 lagik..

huhu sy ni kategory kurus kering..tp perut mcm buncit la jugak.
asyk tersembul je..risau jugak sbb dgr kata,klau perut buncit ni mungkin ada cyst.
