Kes Cerai Ditunda Kerana Karisma Kapoor Halang Suami Jumpa Anak-anak

Pasangan Bollywood, Karisma Kapoor dan Sanjay Kapoor terpaksa menunda kes penceraian mereka selepas gagal mencapai kata sepakat.

Karisma dan suami sepatutnya bercerai secara rasmi pada 27 November yang lalu, namun terpaksa menunda sidang mahkamah berkenaan kerana masalah yang dihadapi mereka.

Peguam yang mewakili Sanjay mendakwa Karisma telah melanggar perjanjian dengan menghalang suaminya untuk bertemu anak-anak.

“Kami meminta pihak mahkamah untuk menunda kes ini kerana dia (Karisma), tidak menginzinkan Sanjay bertemu anak-anak.

“Walhal Sanjay telah menjalankan tanggungjawabnya dengan membiayai kehidupan Karisma dan anak-anak seperti tempat tinggal dan barang-barang keperluan,” ujar Aman Hirogani mewakili Sanjay.

Bagaimanapun, pihak yang mewakili Karisma menyangkal dakwaan tersebut dan telah memberi kebebasan kepada Sanjay untuk bertemu anak-anak mereka.

Malah Karisma menuduh Sanjay tidak memberi wang yang sepatutnya seperti yang dijanjikan sebelum ini.

“Itu tidak benar. Itu adalah satu pembohongan besar. Karisma sering memberi akses kepada Sanjay untuk bertemu anak-anak mereka. Itu hanya alasan utama mereka selepas gagal memenuhi komitmen.

“Seharusnya Sanjay memberikan wang untuk keperluan kedua orang anaknya, Samaira dan Kiaan Raj Kapoor. Dia juga seharusnya memberikan sebuah rumah di Bandra untuk Karisma,” jelas Kranti Sathe mewakili Karisma Kapoor.

Karisma dan Sanjay mula duduk berasingan sejak 2010 selepas beberapa bulan melahirkan anak keduanya, Kiaan Raj Kapoor.

The divorce travails of Karisma Kapoor appear to be finally over. Various news agencies have reported that Karisma and Sunjay’s divorce has been finally finalised.

Sunjay had previously been married to designer Nandita Mahtani. Karishma and Sunjay have two children together, daughter Samaira and son, Kiaan Raj Kapoor.
The couple’s marriage was always in the news, be it because of Karishma’s adjusting problems in a new city or trouble between the two. The two had, according to rumors, split up during the birth of their first child. But, the two made an effort at reconciliation and went on to have a second child.
