Good morning.

Can anyone share about the experience working in Sime Darby? Selepas probation, ada increment gaji atau lain-lain benefits? Prospect kerja dengan Sime Darby consider bagus atau tidak?

It is shared services company. So expect same routine. Benefit is good. Really good.... Quite active with a lot of activities,,, Good for fresh graduates to gain experience. Pay.........

I've received the offer letter... salary is lower than my current company, that's why I ask  about the benefits and etc (increment after probation?)

The letter did not mentioned anything about the benefits, and increment or bonuses..

The only thing is "Increment and bonuses is depends on company + individual performance"..
That's mean zero increment after probation period??

Should I leave my current company to join such shared services company? Is it worth?

g la keje sime... prospek ko naik la pas ni... tapi kalo cmpany skang ko bsar x yah la benti... kaje sime ni ada nama snang nak lompat keje... bonus ok... selamba je 4 5 bulan.... increment mgkin x tinggi... tu sbb kena lompat2 keje... amik nama sime je
