Remuneration: RM3000 – RM4000

Requirements:
•        Degree in IT/Software Engineering/Computer Engineering/MIS
•        Min 3-4 years software development experience.
•        Experience in leading a software development team
•        Experience in managing software development project
•        Familiar with Java/PHP technology or any programming language
•        Familiar with Unix OS environment, e.g. Red Hat, CentOS
•        Familiar in MySQL/Oracle, knowledge in database optimization will be an advantage.
•        Knowledge and experience in designing software and/or system architecture will be an advantage.
•        Experience in real time and mission critical application development will be an advantage.
•        Knowledge in agile software development methodology will be an advantage.
•        Knowledge & Experience in doing impact analysis for systems



Responsibilities:
•        Manage and track the project through all phases initiating, planning, executing, monitoring & control, closing.
•        Manage project management functions such as scope management, change management, milestones, risk and issue management, and resource planning.
•        Perform project planning, estimation of effort and develop detailed project plan
•        Ensure on time, on budget and quality project delivery.
•        Provide regular project status updates to the management teams and customer, Adhere to and enforce project reporting procedures
•        Responsible for overall project delivery, quality of the project, managing the project requirements and change requests (if any)
•        Manage project risks and issues and work closely with the project team to mitigate project risks and issues resolution
•        Ensuring the company’s objective is met by providing quality product and services on time.
•        Ensuring the projects are complying with specifications, quality requirements of customers and meeting delivery schedules.
•        Day to day supervision of the project and lead a team of project staff to achieve objectives as well as Communicate and manage with clients, consultants, suppliers, sub-contractors and Government authorities.

Primary Tasks:
Managing the complete software development project cycle including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and control among them are securing project resources in terms of competence, timeliness, and cost as well as to increase efficiency of resources utilization and mobilization. Apart from that monitor and secure all project deliveries, project cost vs project budget and issues during the project implementation
