Responsibilities
• Monitoring overall retail operation and sales activities
• To lead the sales teams to achieve the individual sales target.
• To be fully responsible for Retail management, including, display and cleanliness and take care of general administration of outlets.
• To plan for manpower and ensure effective human capital management.
• To be responsible for stock management flow.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that assigned by Operation Manager from time to time.

Requirements
• To Achieve Sales Record.
• At least 5 years working experience in Retail Lines.
• Energetic, ready to travel and work within the region and carry out out station assignment as and when required to.
• Dedicated and self-initiated to carry out the assignment
• Good leadership and communication skill that could lead the front liner, coaching them to reach the sales target.
• Processes good business acumen that could update the management of the market trend and propose marketing strategy.
• Willing to travel.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
• Preferably Managers specializing in Sales – Retail/General or equivalent.
• Full-Time position(s) available.

Renumeration
Salary up to RM 3000
