What is Mystery Shopping?
Mystery Shopping is an evaluation method that is practiced since 1940’s bycompanies or firms to find out how their products and services are received andthought by their customer. In Mystery Shopping, it involves Mystery Shopperposing as a regular customer evaluating products and services provided by thecompany.  
With the evaluation, crucial information will be generated withobjectives to improve service quality that hence, improve the sales and therevenue in a company/ firm.

Currently, we are embarking in a project that involves Luxury Car Retailersnationwide (Peninsula Malaysia only) and require matured and opinionatedindividuals who are interested to be our Mystery Shopper and conduct anevaluation for a designated retailer within their vicinity.


Each shop is different individually andhas specific areas to evaluate during the time of visit. You’ll be trainedprior to the assignment to ensure that the Mystery Shopping is conductedaccording to the “Designated Retailer’s” norm.


We need people between 30 to 65 yearsold who owned or a user of a car which is not older than 10 years. You’ll be handsomely paid if you visit the retailerassigned and when you complete the questionnaire.
