Nissan 4x4 Adventure at Its Best!

Miri, 27 April 2013 – Edaran Tan Chong Motor (ETCM) is organising an exciting 4x4 adventure event known as the Nissan Jurassix Park 2013 in Miri, Sarawak, from 24th – 26th May, 2013. This event is open to all Nissan customers in East Malaysia, especially those who own 4x4 models such as the Nissan Navara, Frontier and X-Trail.

On the first and third days of the 3-day event, members of the public can take test- drives of the Nissan Navara 4x4 around the course. This will allow the public to experience the raw power and capabilities of the Nissan Navara. The second day will see the running of the “4x4 Off Road Warrior Challenge”, the main event which is exclusively for Nissan 4x4 owners.

Expressing his excitement about this event, Dato’ David Chen, Executive Director of ETCM said, “It is very important for the owners to understand the features and capability of a 4x4 so they can use it to the fullest. This is also one of the many events that we organize for our loyal customers to show our gratitude for their long-lasting support. We believe our Nissan owners deserve it.”

Dato’ Chen said that every customer is invited to be part of the Nissan family and such events are intended to show ETCM’s gratitude for their support over many years.

During this main event, Nissan owners will be given opportunities to understand the capabilities and features of a 4x4 truck. The natural terrain at the Nissan Village Site will have nine different stages which will test the capabilities and participants will also be competing against each other to get through the course.


Nissan customers who wish to join this exciting 4x4 adventure can visit the Nissan Malaysia Facebook or Nissan website for more details. Registration fees for two persons are RM100. For those who require accommodation for one night, there will be an additional fee of RM100 for two persons and for those who require accommodation for two nights, there will be an additional fee of RM200 for two persons (RM300 in total). A maximum of 2 persons are allowed in each vehicle.

The closing date for registration is 11 May 2013.
