I am sorry if my comments seemed offensive and it wasn't intentional. I was a bit worked up after reading some undying fans remarks who seemed to condone what PSH has done. Yes, I respected PSH professionally as an actor but he lost my respect for him as a person the way he was involved and handled the case. As much as I try not to judge him, it was difficult not to looking at the reasons belows :
- PSH insisted that the sex with Miss A was consensual but the CCTV had shown that Miss A was unconscious and had to be carried to his apartment. When Miss A told the police that she was unconscious, the CCTV did backed her claims. She couldn't be consenting in her state.
- Miss A was seen walking out of the bar with PSH and K (CCTV from the bar owner). She told the police she couldn't be drunk to the state of being unconscious with the amount of Soju that she drank. Again, the CCTV did backed her claim.
- PSH was 16 years older than Miss A. EVEN if Miss A was drunk, shouldn't he be sending her home as what @mouachick06 mentioned in earlier post ? What was his intention to take her back to his apartment ? Imagine if Miss A is your sister, his action deserved any praise ?
- PSH said he will cooperate fully with the police. The way he is pushing the summon 2 times is his way of cooperation ? If he has nothing to hide, just straight tell the police as it happened.
- PSH engaging Korea's top law firm. I believe he has to do that because only the best lawyer can argue out all the evidences that was against him. He need not do that if he is innocent.
- Requesting for a change of police station. He didn't like the way the current police station was handling his case. They were releasing too much information that was against him. Again, why the need to cover up ? His image is at at stake. If he didn't do wrong, nothing will show up, right ?
I just feel sorry for the girl.

Park Shi Hoo Tried to Settle with “A” for 100 Million KRW + Other Updates jnkm February 27, 2013 10 Comments
It has been reported that Park Shi Hoo has tried to settle with victim “A,” who sued him for sexual assault.
On February 26, TV Chosun reported that Park Shi Hoo tried to settle with victim “A” but to no avail. According to the report, Park Shi Hoo’s representatives offered 100 million KRW (roughly around $92,000 USD) to victim “A.” However, victim “A’s” reps reportedly asked for more than the offered amount and refused to come to an agreement.
We previously reported on some new witness statements by victim “A’s” friend, “B.” Friend “B” claimed that victim “A” had been drugged by Park Shi Hoo and rookie actor “K,” who was also present at the time. However, tests resulted negative in finding any traces of drugs in victim “A’s” body.
On February 25, Park Shi Hoo’s lawyers released an official statement about friend “B’s” remarks. They said, “The interview with ‘B’ is all a set-up by ‘A’s’ reps and it is not true at all.”
Park Shi Hoo’s lawyers continued, “Park Shi Hoo has a low alcohol capacity but that night, he was feeling good so he mixed fruit juice, ice and soju and drank about 10 glasses in 3 hours.”
They stated, “Ms. ‘A’ reported to the police that she lost her consciousness for about 13 hours from when she entered Park Shi Hoo’s home to when she got out. Seeing as how she can remember little details that one doesn’t normally remember, her credibility has fallen.”
“Ms. ‘A’ woke up at around 2PM the next day and returned to her home. This was checked through the CCTV in the elevators,” and “Ms. ‘A’ exchanged texts with ‘K’ the next day to check up on each other,” they emphasized
Park Shi Hoo’s lawyers also spoke about why he didn’t show up for the first two summons. “Park Shi Hoo was willing to state his case to the police but he was in the process of switching legal representation so he lost the chance to go.”
Park Shi Hoo’s next summons date is March 1. If he does not show up, an arrest warrant may be released.

Park Shi Hoo Update: Text Messages Between “K” and “A” Revealed, Sheds New Light on Case

We have another shocking update on the Park Shi Hoo case. The text messages exchanged between rookie actor “K” and victim “A” were finally revealed to the public, which sheds a new light.
The text messages (exchanged through the instant messaging application, KakaoTalk) were aired on Y-Star’s “Live Star News.” The conversation goes as follow:
A: I’m home
K: Are you feeling okay?
A: I can’t sober up…
K: Well you didn’t make any mistakes
A: Whatever, as long as I had fun, it’s fine
K: Let’s go clubbing later
A: Sigh kk you said you’re going to Club Ellui, right?
Sources from actor “K” spoke in an interview, “He doesn’t know what to do since this is such a shocking thing to happen so it came to this,” and “On the night of the incident, he received a text from another woman. The texts show that she and ‘K’ are very close.”
They continued, “Since ‘K’ lives on the outskirts of Seoul, his home from Cheongdamdong is pretty far. Since he didn’t have a car and public transportation was cut off, he just crashed at Park Shi Hoo’s home. So he’s so bewildered that this sort of thing happened. We will be handing over the full conversation between ‘K’ and ‘A’ to the police.”
KakaoTalk status messages for both “K” and “A” were revealed as well. For his status message, “K” posted, “Fine, let’s go till the end and see.” On the other hand, “A” posted, “A wise one knows how to be humble when the enemy strikes. An eye for an eye may be the right way but it will make others think of me as the same level as the enemy and it will not earn the hearts of those around me.”
Meanwhile, Park Shi Hoo is set to show up to the police station on March 1.
