berapa banyak hutang tue?
sebaiknya lps dapat penghakiman ingkar pergilah jumpa bank atau call bank ke sbb takut nnt akaun dah written off (betul ke terms nie) so bincang dgn Bank nak bayar banyak mana atau nak bayar cam biasa
klu hutang less rm30K xdelah bank leh wat bankrap tapi bank boleh proceed dgn execution of judgment yg lain mcm saman penghutang penghakiman dan writ penyitaan dan penjualan camtuelah
so klu boleh jgnlah sampai bank wat next steps tue cuba bincang elok2 dgn bank |

Penghakiman Ingkar ni dikeluarkan sbb kita x g mahkamah mase sebutan kes tersebut..Sila kol bank n berbincang dgn bank utk byran setrsnya...bank ni ade blh tlk ansur lg asalkan kita x lari dr mereka... |

klu personal loan bukan umah yg disita tp brg2 dalam umah boleh disita dan dijual secara lelong cuma pihak Bank x boleh nak jual brg2 yg bukan dibeli oleh ur partner kiranya pemilik brg tue cam komputer, TV atau fridge dibeli oleh U provided u kena ada proof pembelian tapi kalau saman penghutang penghakiman pula Saman tue kena diserah secara ke diri
memandangkan tuntutannya rm50k so pihak Bank boleh proceed dgn bankrutpcy proceedings dan problemnya lak nnt bila involve rumah tue coz 2 nama so bank pembiaya rumah akan joint bila perintah utk dibankrapkan ur spouse dikeluarkan |

oo..klu tuntutan 50k...sita2 x dek la yek...trus pd proses kebankrapan la yek.. maksud awak, bank akan kuarkan nama pasangan kita..agar umah atas loan sy x terlibat?..mcm tu??

rumah tue belum ada geran ke sbb tu u ada DOA, so sapa aje yg sign DOA sld be u and ur partner right tapi loan facility agreement must be u alone betul x? |

ok camnie, umah u tue atas 2 nama kan iaitu u and ur partner
yg sign Facility Agreement u sorang tp deed of assignment u dgn partner coz SPA u dgn dia right namun utk personal loan partner u tu dia x gunakan umah both of u sebg cagarannya bermakna bank utk personal loan x boleh jual umah tue tapi kalau bank utk personal loan ambik tindakan kebankrapan terhadap ur partner, then kebarangkalian financier rumah akan masukkan hutang bukti hutang ke atas partner u adalah tinggi dan sekiranya benda nie berlaku u stuck sbb joint name there kat rumah, faham ke |
