JAWATAN KOSING SYARIKAT BEKALAN AIR DARULAMAN – Jgn haraplah…


Dah lama dah aku peram cerita ni….dah sampai tahap gabandah. Bengang sungguh dengan keadaan yg berlaku…..tulis dlm Bahasa Inggeris takpa na MOMOD, reply nanti dlm B< pun tak pa lah….

Benda ni jadi kat anak aku…..


Can you imagine that the CEO makes a statement during theinterview that they preferred an internal promotion comparing to outsidecandidates. Very well then, we have some questions to ask him.

1)Why in the first place doesSADA or whoever responsible giving a hard time to outside applicants? Advertiseon the net, asking young grads to apply, shortlisted them to attend theinterview when decision has already been made?

2)Do you know that only twosilly questions being asked for AN EXECUTIVE POSITION that was


i) Tell me about yourself (in frontof all – for each session 5 candidates were being interviewed at the same timein the same room)

ii) Your opinion in related to thebus tragedy recently that killed 5 human being.(non related)


3)With almost all area (fromAlor Star right up to Changloon and there’s no escape route) has a tragic flooddisaster and some candidates risking their money, time and some risking their lives(crossing heavy flood using boat, cars, bikes) just to make sure they attendthe interview, we would like to know if he is human enough to just ignore thesacrifice or is he a donkey to just pretending not knowing anything?


4)Who are the donkeys withhim that keep quiet during the interview? Why they have to be there and quiet? Runningin and out like a headless chicken, pretending to be busy and showing off their lousy outlook?Does the cronyism and nepotism still exist when one of the candidate proudly showing off the state recommendation letter before interview, purposely give them to one of the donkey who happened to be sitting in the room during the interview


6)Interviewing five candidates at one time? Relevant? Do theyhave Pentium inside their brain or simply brainless

7)Do they have respect for the candidates; some of them even have higher qualification than them I’m writing this on behalf of those who are being treated with no respect and dignity. This is not apolitical strategy to shift someone from the current position, but a  statement to justify that the person is unfit to even interview candidates or to be exact sitting in his current position.


Moreover, the situational analysis showed that SADA has been rebranding. Corporate it seems or whatever they call it. The CEO itself requires rebranding in the way he manages his mind. Our prophet had taught usthat greatest achievement has to begin with good ethics and he has got NONE. He should be ashamed of himself. I can’t imagine how he can get good sleep at night. He might be happy sitting in the chair perhaps he might not afford to own that at home. Being a CEO, big unoccupied air cond room, secretary and all sorts of unproductive behavior.


Pendek kata…..SADA… pembohong kuat,kalau ada temuduga…main wayang ja…

biasalah tu perkasa...just nak cukupkan syarat je panggil outside candidate....Company2 besar yg lain pun buat camni,....

my cousen got job as lecturer at IPTA, my aunt have cable inside
but this IPTA is well know as kroni IPTA...

nak masuk keje dgn gomen / semi gomen mmg PERLU mengamalkan RASUAH + KRONISME!


channel utk mintak keje gomen selalunye melalui SPA..
tapi, once korang dah dipanggil interview pastu failed jgn mimpi la korang akan dipanggil lagi biarpun dia kata boleh cuba lagi next time..
dah la failed kerana sebab2 bodoh, ie:
- still nakkan surat beranak w'pun kita ada bawak IC
- soalan2 merepak mcm syialll, contoh sape nama PM kite? kalau kite jawab Datuk Seri Najib, konfem failed. Diaorang nak kita sebut nama penuh (dengan gaya membodek) ie, Yang Amat Berhormat Daruk Seri Najib bin Tun Abdul Razak
- soklan2 merepek TAK RELEVEN lg banyak ditanya compare to question related to the job scoop itself!


itu yg melalui SPA... yg iklan direct thru website / sokhabar lagi mcm syialll

itu semua just nak mengaburi mata memandang jer......
the actual fact is:
- diaorg dah ade calon2 sejak dari awal interview lagi
- sekadar nak 'menunjuk' kat org ramai yg mereka 'mempelawa' orang2 luar untuk mengisi kekosongan yg sebenarnya dah dirizab awal2 utk sedara mara diaorg!
- jika diaudit atau di SPRM, diorg bleh claim ada pangil intervview org luar. tapi sumenya tak berkelayakan utk mengisi kekosongan (ie, mendapat tempayan emas)..... siapa boleh persoal keputusan si penemuduga? takde black and white yg boleh diguna pakai untuk mendakwa penipuan + kronisme berlaku kpd calon yg tersingkir even dia punya experience lagi mantap + degree with high score marks, tapi calon yg diterima bekerja pulak = SAMPAH

dah la nak mintak keje perlu ada CABLE

andaikata dah masuk keje, pastu nak naik pangkat pun kena ada CABLE

time keje, pun kena ada CABLE

itu ini semua nak CABLE

pendek kata, apa shj yg berkaitan dgn KERAjaan adalah CABLE semata2!

kalau pegi ke jabatan kerajaan / agensi kerajaan / semi gomen:

- semua staf2 kat situ muka sepesen jer........ (semua sedara mara). kalau ada sorang kenduri kawin ke apa ke, confirm satu jabatan lengang.... (bercuti dowhh)

- korang dilayan mcm bangsat kat jabatan kerajaan? nak komplen kat bos dia? jgn haraplah! hahahaha... bapak dia YANG PUNYA ! dibuangnye komplen engkorang dlm tong sampah

sakit hati aku membuak2 dgn KRONISME yg diamalkan MOST of the gov. staff!

apasal boleh jadik mcmni?

kelebihan jadik staf gomen:
- keje rilek
- senang apply loan (bukan shj dgn bank, tapi jugak dgn gomen itself
- meng-ular mcm lahanat pun tetap takkan kena buang keje
- dpt pencen
- dpt kenaikan (pelarasan) gaji... sometime bonus (samarata even kpd si pemalas yg tau goyang telur dan susu je...)



sbb tu la diaorg kasi tempayan emas ni kat sedara mara (ie kroni) diaorg jer....

ku ada juga experience gini.ku ada kawan berjawatan rendah dalam satu majlis perbandaran. satu hari dia memberitahu majlis perbandaran tempat dia bekerja tu buka vacancy pelbagai jawatan. salah satunya adalah jawatan peg. teknologi maklumat yang sesuai untuk ku yang punya sarjana muda. selepas sebulan, kami calon calon dipanggil temuduga... hampir 2 bulan juga menunggu keputusan tanpa apa apa berita atau surat sehinggalah ku mendapat berita dari kawan tadi yang menyatakan...
semua calon yang datang interview gagal kerana jawatan peg. teknologi maklumat akan diisi oleh seorang anak dato' yang sedang mengambil peperiksaan akhir diploma di sebuah universiti...

perasaan menyirap ku sebagai seorang marhaen memang meluap luap dan memang ku takkan lupakan perkara sampai bila bila...

    apesal tak bagitau je direct majlis perbandaran mana? sapa nama mangkuk tandas tuh?

biar haku teka..

majlis perbandaran johor bahru tengah right?

member aku pernah mintak pengesahan sijil dari pegawai kelas A kat mpjbt..
dia dpt tandatangan dari pegawai IT situ, ntah apa nama dia cuma yg dia ingat awek tu binti Datuk....
terang berderang nama dia tertera kat cop tu.....


org paling buduh pun dpt pikir... konfem guna kabel bapak dia!

haa, dah tau dah kalau kompeni gomen ada wat iklan vacancy, toksah duk berangan la nak apply kalau takde cable besar

kadang2 ada satu je kekosongan tapi still wat iklan kat the net suh fresh graduate apply la..pastu bila g interview, dorang cakap nak guna candidate yg mmg dah ada dlm sistem..untuk apa lagi interview yg dorang buat tu? takkan semata2 nak dapat elaun interiew kot?

satu lagi..interview ramai2 ni, macam 5 candidate dalam satu bilik mmg tak adil..kadang2 jawapan yg kita akan bagi semasa di tanya mesti akan sama dengan jawapan candidate lain..akhirnya, kita yg akan ternganga..sbb yg nak dijawab semua dah disebut oleh candidate lain

semua jabatan kerajaan mengamalkan kronisme.  even dalam politaik pun mengamalkan kronisme.  

aku pernah berpraktikal di jabatan kerja raya daerah hilir perak teluk intan, thn 2005 dulu. dari anak, bapak, mak kepadalah bakal menantu suma keje satu opis.  yg plg menyakitkan hati akulahkan, satu hari tu si TA ni kata nak bawak kitorg gi field trip, kitorg pun duk tunggu la sampai waktu makan tengahari ni. si TA ni tak masuk2 opis lagik, padahal pagi tu kitorg nampak je die kt opis.  rupe2nye, si pengular ni gi beli barang kawin ngan tunang die tu...

kalau wat bancian kt pekerja sektor awam ni, mmg tak dpt dinafikan majoriti tu mmg berasal dr keluarga yg dh mmg keje ngan gomen.  rakyat biasa mcm kite ni jgn mimpila...

bkn kerja ajer kena ader kroni or cable..
nk dpt loan or scholarship utk blajar pon same..
sepupu midar apply loan ngan M*** utk further study ke oversea.
Bapak dia pon mmg kakitangan M***...
yg best tu.. kwn dia.. yg x isi borang langsung & x antar application pun...
dipanggil utk interview utk scholarship/loan tu..
& yg paling best.. budak tu dapat..
CGPA mmg terang2 rendah dr sepupu midar..

jd.. mcm mn kiter nk elakkan kronisme ni?
sedangkan dr awal2 lg anak2 kiter dh diajar ttg kepentingan cable & kroni...
