Dah lama dah aku peram cerita ni….dah sampai tahap gabandah. Bengang sungguh dengan keadaan yg berlaku…..tulis dlm Bahasa Inggeris takpa na MOMOD, reply nanti dlm B< pun tak pa lah…. Benda ni jadi kat anak aku…..
Can you imagine that the CEO makes a statement during theinterview that they preferred an internal promotion comparing to outsidecandidates. Very well then, we have some questions to ask him. 1)Why in the first place doesSADA or whoever responsible giving a hard time to outside applicants? Advertiseon the net, asking young grads to apply, shortlisted them to attend theinterview when decision has already been made? 2)Do you know that only twosilly questions being asked for AN EXECUTIVE POSITION that was
i) Tell me about yourself (in frontof all – for each session 5 candidates were being interviewed at the same timein the same room) ii) Your opinion in related to thebus tragedy recently that killed 5 human being.(non related)
3)With almost all area (fromAlor Star right up to Changloon and there’s no escape route) has a tragic flooddisaster and some candidates risking their money, time and some risking their lives(crossing heavy flood using boat, cars, bikes) just to make sure they attendthe interview, we would like to know if he is human enough to just ignore thesacrifice or is he a donkey to just pretending not knowing anything?
4)Who are the donkeys withhim that keep quiet during the interview? Why they have to be there and quiet? Runningin and out like a headless chicken, pretending to be busy and showing off their lousy outlook?Does the cronyism and nepotism still exist when one of the candidate proudly showing off the state recommendation letter before interview, purposely give them to one of the donkey who happened to be sitting in the room during the interview
6)Interviewing five candidates at one time? Relevant? Do theyhave Pentium inside their brain or simply brainless 7)Do they have respect for the candidates; some of them even have higher qualification than them I’m writing this on behalf of those who are being treated with no respect and dignity. This is not apolitical strategy to shift someone from the current position, but a statement to justify that the person is unfit to even interview candidates or to be exact sitting in his current position.
Moreover, the situational analysis showed that SADA has been rebranding. Corporate it seems or whatever they call it. The CEO itself requires rebranding in the way he manages his mind. Our prophet had taught usthat greatest achievement has to begin with good ethics and he has got NONE. He should be ashamed of himself. I can’t imagine how he can get good sleep at night. He might be happy sitting in the chair perhaps he might not afford to own that at home. Being a CEO, big unoccupied air cond room, secretary and all sorts of unproductive behavior.
