[INFO SEMASA PERUBATAN ~ Apa itu Monkey Pox atau Cacar Monyet]

Salam everyone.
Sekarang ni banyak pula info yang mengatakan cacar monyet sedang menular kat negara kita. So far takde lagi info yang sahih. Hopefully tidak ada. Dan kes yg disebut tu ialah kes HFMB
Apa cacar monyet ni? Cacar monyet atau Monkey pox ni similar dengan smallpox tapi sejak adanya imunisasi. Tidak ada lagi kes yg dicatatkan. Program immunisasi ni adalah global digunakan seluruh dunia in year 1980. Apa punca monkey pox ni?
Ia disebabkan oleh jangkitan virus monkeypox daripada kumpulan orthopoxviruses.( virus yg berjangkit merujuk kepada luka kat kulit )
Bagaimana Ia Merebak?
Virus ini boleh ditularkan kepada manusia melalui :
Gigitan atau sentuhan langsung dengan darah, cecair badan atau luka haiwan yang dijangkiti
Melalui titisan pernafasan (apabila terdapat kontak bersemuka yang berpanjangan)
Kontak langsung dengan cecair daripada ruam makulopapular di badan orang yang dijangkiti atau dengan objek yang tercemar virus, seperti tempat tidur atau pakaian.
Jika ada tanda tanda
Demam
Sakit tekak
Sakit Kepala
Ruam
Tapi, macam mana monkey pox ni boleh ada balik...dikatanya sebab dan punca dari afrika selatan..duk berjalan kesana bila balik terkena and merebak
Anyway apa apa simptoms yg jarang berlaku jgn delay teruslah bawak anak anak kita ke hospital. AND Jika nak ke mana mana luar negara tu beringatla, ambil vaksin perlindungan. So common sense is very important ya.

Latest info, tak mustahil monkey pox tersebar di Singapura. Since people travel widely now according to health minister disana how ever with protocols and close monitoring hopefully tidak

Takde so far and usually kita masa kecik dah pun dapat injection imunisasi tu. But if anyone travel make sure dah completed vaccined |
