Responsibilities:
Reporting to Head of Department and provide secretarial duties to HOD in
meeting their day-to-day responsibilities.
Requirements:
* Degree or Diploma in Secretarial, Business
Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent
* At least 3 years of working experience in the related field
* Fluent in written and spoken of English is an added advantage
* Proficient in MS Office application
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Meticulous, trustworthy, resourceful and responsible with interest and
capability in handling multi-functional and routine tasks
* Excellent planning, good organizational and time management skills and
has the ability to priorities work and handle pressure in meeting deadlines
with ease in a professional manner
