Park Yong Ha commits suicide
June 30, 2010

Actor/singer Park YongHwa (33) has been found dead.

Park YongHwa’s body was found by his mother in his Seoul Nonhyun-dong home on the 30th at 5:30 am. It has been informed that when his body was found, he had hung himself.

According to KBS News, the night prior to this tragic event, Park YongHwa told his father, who is currently suffering from stomach cancer, that he was sorry while massaging his shoulders before going into his own room.

A close acquaintance of Park recently told Newsen through a phone call that, “YongHwa had a hard time. He often talked about wanting to die. He called one of his juniors saying, ‘I want to die. I’m so exhausted.’ This was the last time he was spoken to. It seemed weird making me worry, and this happened.”

The police are currently investigating the reason behind his death.

Park participated in various dramas such as ‘Winter Sonata‘, ‘On Air‘, ‘Will It Snow For Christmas‘, and was recently cast to appear in the drama ‘Love Song‘ alongside Yoon EunHye.
