Job Description:
* To assist in Corporate Secretarial and Administrative matters
* Provide company secretarial support services to a sizeable portfolio of Corporate clients.
* Manage the technical and administrative aspects of the Corporate Secretarial including the formulation of work processes and systems, methodology, programs and checklists.
* To correspond with clients including public listed companies, in connection with company secretarial matters
Job Requirements:
* Diploma or Degree in ICSA, MAICSA, LS
* At least 3 years in a Company Secretary capacity or at least 5 years experience in Company Secretarial practice
* Well versed in the Companies Act, Bursa Malaysia Listing Requirements, Securities Commission Guidelines and other related laws and regulations
* Good command of spoken and written English
* Willing to work in Kuala Lumpur |
