Tayong Dalawa (The Two of Us) is a Philippine Primetime drama series broadcast on ABS-CBN.The story revolves around two friends in the military, who turn out tobe half-brothers, will fall in love with the same girl. The title ofthe series was taken from one of Rey Valera抯 classic songs.

New Kim-Gerald show premieres on top of rating

The hot young love team of Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson just proved why they are still the leading love team in the Philippines today: their new teleserye together just went straight to number one of the primetime ratings list.
The drama series, called “Tayong Dalawa,” premiered last Monday as thecouple’s third drama outing since they were discovered in the first edition of the reality show “Pinoy Big Brother: Teen Edition”.
The first two of their drama series were also ABS-CBN shows. One iscalled “Sana Maulit Muli,” which plays with the concept of fate and the possibility of getting a new lease on life. The other is “My Girl,” ana daptation of a Koreannovela which tells the story of a girl who was paid to act as the cousin of a rich man who she later falls in love with.
The new series brings the hot young team together with hunk Jake Cuenca, who plays Gerald’s mistah in the Philippine Military Academy( PMA).
The premise of the series is interesting enough—Jake and Gerald share the same name, the same fate, and holds a deep love for the same girl.This is one thing which could have contributed to the series’ 30.8 premiere rating.
But the star power of the two, as well as a sustained eventful storyline, are the things which will keep them lording over the Philippine primetime television spot.

After almost two months of being the Most Viewed item on PEParazzi(The PEParazzi Shooter entry is about a blogger's description of howsweet Dingdong Dantes and Marian Rivera were during a shooting break oftheir movie One True Love
Taking its place is the PEParazzi Shooter video Kim's pink car and whatshe hates most. Here, the Tayong Dalawa star was interviewed andrevealed how she got her pink car from "ka-M.U. GeraldAnderson, what animal she hates most and reveals more about herrelationship with Gerald.

likes PMA training. Kim said although he was a bit intimidated by thecadets of the Philippine Military Academy (PMA), he really enjoyedtraining with the future military men.
Totally exiting the Most Viewed preview window is the Funarazzi entryCelebrity Body Transformations with Shooter video Kris Aquino, nagingbastos nga ba? pushing it out of the preview window. The fourth mostviewed item is a clip from a The Buzz episode where Kris suddenly cutsco-host Boy Abunda's recollection of his experience working with thelate Marky Cielo. |

Kimerald since their debut on TV ( either primetime or not) have always constantly been given shows by ABS. When they finished Sana Maulit Muli, they were given a comedy show and featured several times in Lovespell. Right after, a new oriented tv show then came right away, My Girl adaptation. Just about to wrapped up from that series, they were brought back again to topbilled in Your Song " My Only Hope" ( runs for 4 months wherein the show is usually 1 month format) which will end this January.
And now their new offering, Tayong Dalawa which is the first offering of ABSCBN this 2009. It has been on No.1 since their debut.

yup Last monday, Jan 19. It was the most fast paced pilot week for any drama I have watched and Im lovin' it so far. Gerald and Jake is a revelation here. AS for Kim, is always a sweetheart, have made her mark. Good Casting makes it more enjoyable to watch. |
