Hi nak minta pendapatlah incase kalau company close shop...blh ker kt dapat gaji ...i dgr kalu company nak tutup dia kena bayar follow appointment letter kan kalu 1 month dia kena pay kt 1 month salary...tapi camner procedure incase dia tak bayar apa tindakan yg kt blh buat yek....mn tau u all ada experience camnikan???? |

I pun ada masaalah jugak, my company nak offer vss, but they willling to pay just 1month salary for 1 year service..is there any formula utk kita demand to our boss? any idea pls... |

kalau vss tu kira dah ok lah biasanya average 1 bulan per year of service. kalau company guna retrenchment, tak merasa banyak tu. Kalau company ada union, union boleh lah tolong negotiate lebih dari 1 bulan, kalau sendiri saja payah jugak. |
