aku biasa dgr marcus evans ni host mcm2 international summit... tp aku tak pernah attend any event organised by marcus evans so aku no komen ler nak cakap big ker reliable ker... nak surf website dia pun haku punya internet tgh mcm kura2 nih....

tp pasal ayat diatas nih, selalunya la pada pendapatan haku n setau pengetahuan aku yg cetek ni, takder la interview process plak untuk speakers kat summits, conference, seminar or training nih.. coz they'll read ur resumes jer... kalau post ko dah tinggi, experience pun byk, terus la they consider that ko ni bole jadi speaker coz ur already an expert in ur field so mmg boley cakap punya...

aku pun tak tau samada wujud amalan/proses untuk menilai sapa-sapa yang jadi guest speaker.  aku teka je la kan pasal takkan la diorang hentam-keromo je.
pasal resume tu, aku tak tau jugak.  aku tak pernah submit resume atau attend marcusevanskl punya courses.  terima promotional calls/emails tu, ada la.
nak kata post aku ni tinggi, experience banyak dan expert in IA tu, aku rasa tak la.  apa sangat la head IA kalau department kecik, gaji ciput dan still in early 30s.
aku lagi risau nak berdiri kat depan tu dan make a fool of myself nanti

bole masuk additional achievement/work untuk KPI tak?
anyway, its a good name booster.. n good for resume la... ada extra activity yg bukan non-routine work (but mcm some ppl mmg career KPI kena ada outreach programme, jadi speaker etc) pasal ni bukan training or seminar biasa2 kan.. ni sort of like an annual conference.. kalau haku, haku confirmkan jer...

aku tengah fikirkan.  sebenarnya aku rasa tak cukup keupayaan diri lagi.  kejap aku bincang dengan event organiser tu.  takut aaa

tak leh masuk KPI.  biasa la profit-oriented entity ni.  tak pandangnya extra achievements.  yang dia nak, profit-adding activities aje.
aku sebenarnya risau tak leh allocate masa nak prepare comprehensively.  tau le kalau year-end 31 dec.  masa ni la nak ngadap BOD, nak siapkan draft annual report, nak deal dengan external auditors, nak prepare untuk AGM, check Bursa/Corporate Governance/Internal Control compliance, etc...

aku masih considering the offer tapi aku akan stop sekejap for a few days.  or weeks, depends on kerja.  sebabnya aku kena ke singapura.  ada tugasan.  

oh ye, semalam bila borak dengan sorang ni, dia mention yang dia kenal staff MEkl at holiday resort mana entah.  GM dan PA dia.  so, aku tunggu info/contact number dari dia jugak.  mana tau kot-kot boleh discuss secara informal.  or for networking's sake.  seems like PA tu cunnn     aku tak kahwin-kahwin lagi
