bagus ke lompat2 keje?

tak tau la dh ade topik nieh ke tak...just nk tanye...bagus ke lompat2 keje nieh? kalo dh keje 2 3 taun ke...lari gi kampeni lain....bagus ke dari segi prospek career kite nieh?

sket2 xpe kalo kerap sgt mcm bazir masa sbb bila tukar tmpt baru kena start from zero...kecuali la hampes sgt tmpt keje kita

aku adalah contoh manusia yg lompat2 keje sebelum aku dpt keje kt tmpt aku skrg..
sebulan pas grad dulu aku dpt keje kerani..gaji rm1K..dlm masa yg sama aku apply 2-3 tempat lain..
pastu aku apply mintak keje programmer kat kl..alhamdulillah dapat..gaji boleh laaa tahan..
pas 6 bulan ++, rasa mcm dh boring, aku jadik cikgu IT pulak..pun kat kl..
masa jadik cikgu IT tu, aku dpt pulak intebiu keje kat tmtouch (skrg celcom laa)..alhamdulillah..dok kl lagi time tuu..cuba yg tak best, bukan keje ttp..tp contract basis..
sbb rasa mcm x berapa secure keje contract basis ni, aku apply masuk gomen..alhamdulillah...dapat kt negeri sendiri lagik    dh masuk 5 thn dh pun kat sini...

pape pun, mmg byk la  pengalaman pahit + manis yg aku dapat..

betul..betul..tapi kalau lompat sb blh dpt gaji extra byk ok ler..tapi, kalau setakat rm100-200, rugi byk ler..seniority lambat, cuti lambat naik, and byk lagi ler, depends on your co.benefit..

tapi kalau keja skrg tak besh gile, g ler tpt lain walau gaji sama

kalau ada working experience more than 2 years.. bole demand gaji banyak2..
contohnye demand gaji extra 2K makciksarawaktuakerepoti gaji current company..

nak lompat keja tengok keadaan lah. Kalau lompat keja sebab dapat gaji lebih atau post yg lebih baik..teruskan. Yang jadi masaalah, kalau kerap sangat lompat, nanti resume tak berapa cantiik. Masa temuduga, pasti dia orang akan tanya, kenapa kerap sangat tukar keja?..pening gak nak jwb...

saya setuju tentang ni  however -
kalau kat satu2 tempat tu terlalu lama juga
boleh hurt the resume -

put the loyalty aside - but it seems that
you are not up to take a challenge and
rather be a comfort zone --

i reckon the best thing (not for all but for some)
would be about 4-6 years at one place then start
to venture more opportunity or more challenging
job even with the same line -

kalo pro dia ko leh up your sallary cepat compare ko nak tggu increment company ko yg berapa la sgt..haha

then kalo ko jump company yang keje dia same dgn ape yg ko wat dgn previous compny value dia tggi beb..haha

tp yg kerapla lompat2..bio 2thn ke br lompat..nanti buruk bebeno resume ko..org pon tkt nak amik ko asyik lompat je


contra dia

ko xboring ke asyik nak learn new things jek..kalo usia muda xpe lagi..kalo dah umur meningkat ko nak ke mula dari 0?
kalo bdg yg ko jump tu lain ko xleh demanding sgt n rugi je experience ko sebelum nie..hehe

thats why kalau boleh -- stay one at the same job
about 4 years the minimum..

unless the person is a consultant and will take up job
as in contract basis -

it is not about 'boring' to learn new things
it is good to learn new things -

but it is better to learn new things at the same job
instead of job hopping to other places and start
all over again -

kalo duk kat satu tempat lame2 sgt, camne bole hurt resume plak? mmm...kalo pas 8 taun keje pstuh nak tuka...mybe gaji x memuaskan ke pe...agak2 bagus ke nak lompat gi kampeni lain?

aku baru lompat keje baru..tapi menyesal gile le pulak..
bukan ape..masa aku interview, bos tu cakap arr..post yang aku mintak ni nanti memang sesuai arr dengan kelayakkan aku..gaji pun lebih sket dari tempat lama..
alih2..aku start keje, post lain lak dia bagi aku rupenye..
post yang wat keje ntah hape2...
aku rase gerammmmmmmmmmmmm arrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

actually - it depends
saya ada candidate yang stays kat satu company
tu 10 years - then wanna seek other place -

saya rasa - bagus kalau keluar cari different environment
broaderkan lagi  experience -

some employer might see it as -  loyalty -
some employers might see it as - coward - and
too rigid -  and lack of social skills -
some employers prefers -  candidate yang stays about
4-6 years -  and then wanna venture out --

kalau after 8 years and you wanna out and seeking different place
i think thats a great move --

it is different from job hopping after you just graduated -
cuz u still wanna adapt with the work place and wanna
seek within you what kind of work place you prefer
or work task that you wanna carry --

sometimes it takes 5-10 jobs till you secured with the most
suitable job for ya
even then - after 4-6 years  good to venture out too -
unless you can be promoted higher post within company -

Pada aku...ok je lompat keja ni...x lompat mana nak naik gaji...melompat la tinggi2 sementara org nak lg kita ni.

umur 24 ke 35 adalah masa paling best untuk melompat cari company dan gaji yg ok...lepas 35 nak settle laa...kurangkan melompat. Masa ni kalau melompat pun sbb di offer higher position.
