Government please confirm this

I receive a mail like this and what is this reallly?:-

"It is a common knowledge that prior to any general election, there are
planeloads of "bomohs, dukuns, witches, etc imported to Sabah to "cash
spells on the people of Sabah!" So church, wake up and take your positions,
fight and don't grumble."
