lets boikot kesatuan express..

I抦 a student who is studying in KL..my hometown is in Lumut..so every alternate week i do go back to my hometown.. usually when i reach puduraya to take ticket mesti all the good bus company wif good service tickets are sold out.. but this bus company always has tickets whenever u go to their counter.. sometimes out of no choice i n so other innocent ppl have to take this as the only option to reach our destination. when u buy the ticket from the counter(puduraya) they ensure u its their own but at the end of the day the bus will be late for an hour or two n the bus will be indah express old buses.. i dun mind an old bus as long its well maintain but this bus is so horrible till sometime u can see the drivers under-ware, jeans n towel hanging at the curtain rail of the bus..besides that the bus stinks of the thick "asap dari eksos paip" n jerks.. the seats are hardly stable and cant be adjust at all..  when ever they have this Indah express bus, most of the time the driver dont know to route to go to Lumut n drive blindly by juz following the sign board written at the roadside n the highway.

today i have a different experience taking that company bus..as usual i didnt get a ticket so mau cepat sampai punya pasal i terpaksa take this company punya bus..macam biasa they say " ini bus kesatuan bukan bus lain jgn risau" my bus was at 5 but the bus arrived at 5.40( not so bad i've waited for 3 hrs ended up it was a bus kilang) n it was Indah Express bus (WGA 4702)..when got to know its this bus i dah agak la..its gonna be a horrible journey..everything was fine till he stop at MEdan Gopeng to get down some ppl in Ipoh..after tht stop he speeded like mad n those who wanted to get down by the road side got nice scolded wif vulgar words from tht driver..whereas other company buses or even pure kesatuan bus also will stop at road site to get down ppl so i dun see any mistake on the passenger.. tht particular driver also drove away before the passenger can fully get down from the bus..ISNT IT SO DANGEROUS??

what is ur suggestion regarding this matter? pls share it here cause im so irritated with the ignorant attitude of this company towards their service n passenger..

report the incident to LPKP, the number usually at the back of any busses...
