   setiap kali saya makan ayam penyet saya dah niat nak makan separuh je tapi... sambal dia sangat sedap. Suruh akak jual ayam penyet tu letak separuh je tapi macam byk jugak je... tapi saya kalu dah makan ayam penyet, sehari tu makan sekali je. kenyang sampai ke malam.

   makan ayam jer lah..nasi mintak suku ..itu pun kalau boleh jgn habiskan...
nak lagi thrill azza  makan jugak tapi ambil beberapa butir kunyah lama lama..kalau selalu buat cam tu lama lama rasa nak makan nasi tuh akan hilang...tak percaya..try tgk...

i also need inhaler almost everyday.
what type of inhaler u need?
salbutamol? terbutaline?

a fren of mind take it for her ashma problem..well, she've been sufferred for more than 10 years..definately it's take time to recover..atmost a year doe

Dulu aku masa belasan tahun dan awal 20 an byk main sport so makan pun macam org main sport la. Beart pun sebanrnyer cam yoyo. Ni kali ketiga berat aku cecah 3 digit. Masalahnyer sekarang sejak dah kawin sportnyer ntah ke mana makan jer macam orang main sport. hehehe. Hasilnya... skrg berat aku 112kg.. tinggi 172cm. hehe.

Dulu regime diet aku mmg kejam dan berhasil. Nasik seminggu 2-3 kali jer. Minuman bersusu/gula aku tak minum. Jog dlm 4-5 km 3-4 kali seminggu + main bola, badminton. Byk makan bende2 panggang. Turun 30kg dlm 3 bulan lebih. Aku ada try balik, paling lama tahan 2 minggu jer kot. huhuhu....

Ada nasihat dari aspek mental stength tak? Aku nak cari motivation yg boleh buatkan aku sustain dengan program kurus ni.

    nak motivation yer..ok ok dombot bayangkankan dombot kena stroke, terlantar ateh katil, berak kencing kena org uruskan, mulut senget, tak boleh bercakap, dgn berat bdn yg mcmtuh...nyusahkan org kena angkat naik wheelchair tolak gi bilik mandi...jobless and hopeless {:4_227:}

uii akak... yg ni dah tau... cuma nak kekal istiqamah dlm melakukan xtvt fizikal tu + disiplin jg makan... apapun dasat tu.. huhuhu...bertambah motivasi ni... balik kang carik balik lak kasut new belen den... hehehe...

nak kekal istiqamah kena berurusan dengan duit skit...sign up mana mana fitness centre membership..pay the fee to show your committment...insyaAllah...yelah, rugilah dah bayor fee tapi tak attend fizikal aktiviti club khen...

bab makan memang payah...org malaysialah katakan...makan mewah...tapi boleh...kena selalu ingat cara Rasullullah s.a.w makan...insyaAllah

aku ni jenis yg jarang 'buang'..so satu hari member aku suggest makan oat sbb oat akan serap kita punya kolestrerol and akan bg kita senag 'buang'..and then sekarang ni aku amalkan makan oat setiap pagi and malam..alhamdullilah malam aku makan oat pagi tu aku terus "buang"..so sekarang asal aku disiplin diri pagi makan oat,tengahari makan ns sikit,malam makan oat..kalau lapar amik biskut yg mengandungi oat atau biskut tiger..
